‘We don’t have an issue at all!’ Kym Marsh dismisses Strictly Curse threat as husband Scott ‘wasn’t even bothered’ when she got her kit off for romp during Fatal Attraction play
Kym Marsh has dismissed the threat of the Strictly Curse while taking part in this year’s dance competition and says her and husband Scott are stronger than ever.
The actress, 46, – who tied the knot with the army officer last October – said her beau has no fears left after previously watching her strip off and romp with a co-star in a Fatal Attraction play.Â
Kym is patterned with Italian hunk Graziano di Prima, 28, on Strictly who she seems to have a great bond with on and off the dance-floor. Â

She told The Sun about the Strictly Curse:Â ‘I know everyone talks about it but Scott really couldn’t care less.
‘I’m an actor and he came and watched me on Fatal Attraction where I took my clothes off on stage, which was pretty daunting.
‘But now he has seen me getting my kit off on stage and he wasn’t bothered, we don’t have an issue at all.

‘He’s just supportive and has already brought us closer together — we usually only see each other on weekends as he is based at Sandhurst in the week while I’m up in Manchester — so me being down south so often actually means we are closer.’
It comes after Kym recently revealed she had been diagnosed with vertigo and admitted it may in fact ruin her chances of winning.Â
Last week, Kym took on the Viennese Waltz during Saturday’s show, leaving the judges impressed by how well the actress got the dance down.

Kym and Graziano scored 27 out of 40 for the performance.
Judge Shirley Bassey explained that Kym was ‘well on her way’ – after the star expressed her fears over the spinning nature of the dance earlier this week, due to her vertigo.Â
Speaking to Rylan Clark on Friday’s Strictly: It Takes Two the television personality admitted that her Viennese Waltz exasperated her condition.

She explained: ‘Well, you see I have got visual vertigo. I had an ear problem about six years ago and it left me with visual vertigo, so basically even moving lights make me feel weird.
‘I can’t do it, so spinning and spinning, there is a particular part in this routine where I am spinning so fast and then he [Graziano] wants me to get up and do a turn on my own’.
She continued: ‘Well, I can’t do them at the best of times so I am literally like, ‘Oh my, what am I going to do here?’.Â

Vertigo – defined as a false sensation that the body or environment is moving – is a symptom, rather than a health condition itself.
It is commonly caused by a problem with the way balance works in the inner ear, although it can also be caused by problems in certain parts of the brain.Â
Some cases improve over time, without treatment. However, some people have repeated episodes for many months, or even years, such as those with Ménière’s disease.Â
