Celebrity personal trainer Kayla Itsines reveals VERY healthy go-to post pregnancy snacks after giving birth to her second child

Kayla Itsines post-pregnancy cravings have kicked in and ‘fresh fruit and veg’ are on the menu.

The 31-year-old fitness guru, who welcomed her second child last week with fiancé Jae Woodroffe, revealed her ‘underrated’ go-to snacks on Thursday when she posted a picture of her prepped meals to Instagram. 

Cubed, sliced and seasoned, she showed off a myriad of healthy foods, including watermelon, pumpkin, pineapple, celery, carrot, strawberries and more.

‘Honestly between nursing little Jax, playing with Arna, breast pumping every 4 hours, recovering from my surgery and everything in between, normal meal times have pretty much gone out the window,’ she wrote in the caption.

‘Having prepped snacks like fresh fruit and veg in the fridge ready to grab and go is the best for the moments I stop for a second and realise how hungry I am.

‘Other than this, it’s whatever Leah, Mum and Yiayia cook for me which, lets be honest, is an endless menu of delicious meals delivered to my door on a daily basis.’

Itsines went on to say she was ‘so grateful’ to have so much support and help from her family during her recovery period.

It comes just a day after Itsines made a surprising and ‘controversial’ admission about her pregnancy journey.

The Sweat co-founder revealed in an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday that she doesn’t enjoy being pregnant. 

After a fan asked if she’ll miss her ‘pregnant belly’, she said: ‘No. Absolutely not. Another controversial one: I don’t like being pregnant. 

‘I am grateful to be blessed with the ability to have a baby. I think I look good pregnant. I love my babies. I do not enjoy being pregnant.

‘It’s all just stress, nausea, reflux, cramps, uncertainty, etc. etc.’
