Kym Marsh was in good spirits as she arrived back at her London hotel after a long day of Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals on Friday.
The television personality, 46, who has admitted she almost quit the show after previously suffering a crippling panic attack during a practice session with her professional partner Graziano Di Prima, looked stylish as she wore a multi-coloured polka dot maxi dress.
She was seen walking ahead of her fellow contestants Fleur East, 35, and Molly Rainford, 21, ahead of the next live show on Saturday.Â

Kym was seen smiling as she wrapped up against the cool autumn evening by wearing a quilted black coat.
She carried a large black holdall with her to match her coat and added a few inches to her stature by opting for a pair of heels.
The former Coronation Street actress wore lashings of make-up to highlight her pretty features and was seen smiling as she arrived at the hotel.

Radio host Fleur showed off her chic sense of style in a black and white coat with chevron pattern.
She wore a black jumper with the words ‘south side’ emblazoned across it and a pair of matching trousers.
Television presenter and singer Molly wore a purple bomber jacket and baggy black trousers as she arrived back at the accommodation.

The twinkle-toed star wore a black mini dress under a black leather jacket and a pair of matching trainers.

Kym, who is said to have contemplated quitting the contest due to her overwhelming anxiety, told The Sun: ‘It just came over me, almost out of nowhere, and I couldn’t carry on.’Â
It is claimed Kym struggled to continue dancing, prompting producers to comfort her as she calmed down, and hours later she took to the floor again during the live show and completed her dance.Â

Former Hear’Say singer Kym added: ‘I’ve always suffered from panic attacks. It’s something I don’t mind talking about because I know it can affect anyone at any time.
‘Sometimes it has been ages (since an attack) and then suddenly one just hits. Â
‘Everyone thinks that because you’re on the telly you must be amazingly confident, but the truth is that I’m not always and this is how that comes out.’

She added that she did not know what brought on the panic attack, surmising that it could have been that she’d had some harsh comments from the judges combined with the fact she’d also been working other jobs, leaving her emotional and exhausted.
Kym said she ‘lost her confidence completely’ and ‘went to pieces’, admitting she did not see how she could carry on with the show. Â
Kym expressed her gratitude at the members of the cast and crew who stepped in to comfort her but said they had to cancel rehearsals at the time.Â
An onlooker previously told The Sun of Kym’s panic attack: ‘She was very upset she just couldn’t stop crying and hyperventilating.
‘In the end there was no choice but to stop rehearsals.’
Sources told the paper it was feared she may not be able to perform while suffering with her anxiety, but she managed to complete her dance and was voted through to the next week.Â
