The animal-lover said: ‘So @leedobbstattooer has just finished this on my thigh. It’s Mabel my meerkat! Lee is so so so good. I am so happy with it. It’s unbelievable! My darling Mabel, I love her so much.’

Jodie, who is heavily tattooed, famously had Freddie Mercury inked on her in 2019, however fans quickly joked that it actually looked like football pundit Chris Kamara.

She also has two bold arm sleeves as well as patterns inked over her shoulder and fingers.

It comes after Jodie concerned her Instagram followers in October as she shared a snap from her hospital bed.

She revealed she had undergone an operation ‘under anaesthetic’ and was in recovery for six weeks.

Jodie did not reveal the reason for the surgery however reassured her fans she had returned home to recuperate.

In the snap the body builder wore a hospital gown with a drip inserted into the back of her heavily tattooed hand.

She penned: ‘I had an operation yesterday under general anaesthetic – I was allowed out last night and my dad who had waited for me then took me for some food as I hadn’t eaten in 24 hours’.

‘We found an amazing vegan restaurant and we both loved it and stuffed our faces (pics to follow) – anyway I’m in recovery for 6 weeks and got to take it really easy and am not allowed to lift anything heavy so am now relying on friends and dad to help me do the animals each day’.

In 2021, Jodie swapped the red carpet for the farm yard and opened her own rescue centre called Fripps Farm, where she keeps 106 animals that are in need of re-homing.

She said: ‘I’m fine feeding them all [her animals] I just can’t lift heavy water buckets and heavy parcels of food’.

‘On that note, I desperately need pig nuts, chicken food and readigrass for the ponies if any wants to get from the wishlist. So anyway I’m fine and home and in a little bit of pain but I’m taking it easy for the next 6 weeks’.
