Leaked footage captures Biden ADMITTING that Obama’s Iran nuclear deal is ‘dead’ but say his administration is ‘NOT gonna announce it’: Warns Tehran ‘WILL have a nuclear weapon’
- The Biden administration had faced growing pressure from Iranian-American activists and others to cease negotiations with the Iranian government
- ‘We just don’t want any deals with the Mullahs. They don’t represent us,’ one woman told BidenĀ
- ‘I know they don’t represent you. But they have a nuclear weapon they’ll represent,’ Biden shot backĀ
New video has emerged of President Biden saying that a revised version of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal his White House was brokering is ‘dead’ and claiming that Iran has a nuclear weapon.Ā
Biden was meeting with supporters and Iranian activists during a campaign rally with Democratic Rep. Mike Levin in Oceanside, California on November 4. As members of the crowd held up cellphones displaying the message ‘FREE IRAN,’ one woman asked the president: ‘President Biden can you please announce that JCPOA is dead? Can you just announce that?’
‘No,’ he told her. ‘No, why not?’ she asked.
‘A lot of reasons. It is dead, but we’re not gonna announce it,’ Biden said.Ā
The clip was obtained and posted to Twitter by Iranian activistĀ Damon Maghsoudi.

Iran already having a nuclear bomb would be a bombshell development.Ā Ā
In November Iran began producing enriched uranium at 60 percent purity at the countryās underground Fordo nuclear plant, official media reported – just a shy step away from the 90 percent purity needed to make a nuclear bomb.
Former President Trump withdrew the U.S. from the Obama-brokered Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in 2018 before Biden officials began negotiations to revive the deal.Ā
The deal eased sanctions on Iran in return for curbs on its nuclear program. Iran resumed its nuclear work though denied it was working toward producing a bomb.Ā
Those talks took a back burner over the summer, though U.S. officials have said they want to restore the agreement to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. Biden in the clip seems to suggest they already have one.Ā
Europe does not seem to agree that the Iran deal is dead – just last weekĀ Josep Borrell, the European Union’s foreign policy chief, said in Brussels:Ā ‘I think that we do not have a better option than the JCPOA to ensure that Iran does not develop nuclear weapons.’Ā
‘We have to continue engaging as much as possible in trying to revive this deal,’ he said.Ā Ā
Iran has demanded an end to investigations by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) into uranium traces at three sites, but the West has not agreed to that condition.Ā
A revival of the deal would mean lifting sanctions on a government that is engaged in a brutal crackdown on protests that have wracked the nation and is accused of supplying Russia with drones to use in its war against Ukraine.Ā
The Biden administration has intensified sanctions against Iran in recent months, targeting Chinese entities that are facilitating sales of Iranian crude and Iranian officials.Ā
In August itĀ ordered U.S. military strikes against Iranian-backed militias in Syria in response to attacks on U.S. forces in the region.Ā
