Ex-NRL boss Todd Greenberg and his wife Lisa buy Buddy and Jesinta Franklin’s $5million four-bedroom Rose Bay home

Todd Greenberg and his wife Lisa have snapped up some prime property. 

The former NRL CEO, who is now the head of the Australian Cricketers’ Association, has reportedly purchased a home placed on the market by AFL Swans star Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin, 35, and his model wife Jesinta, 31. 

The prestige eastern suburbs apartment went up for sale in November last year with a price range of $5million to $5.5million. 

Greenberg and his wife paid close to $5million in a private deal made ahead of last weekend’s auction date, according to a report in realestate.com.au.

The luxurious Sydney pad was sold four months after it was listed.

Domain previously reported that the high-profile glamour couple have accepted an undisclosed offer for the four-bedroom, three-bathroom Rose Bay property after re-listed it for a sum between $4.5million-$5million.

The Franklins bought the sprawling boutique garden flat off the plan in 2020 for $5million.

Located in one Sydney’s most sought-after harbourside precincts, the 2000 square metre home features a chic, ultra-modern design from by well-known architects MHND.

Features include marble appointments, Herringbone timber floors, floor-to-ceiling glassed-in interiors and a private garden.

Highlights include a spacious home cinema, a dining patio and a vast lounge with gas fire.

There’s also a gorgeous and spacious deluxe kitchen with breakfast bar.

Meanwhile, the master bedroom comes with a beautiful marble ensuite. 

The Franklin’s are parents to two toddlers, daughter Tullulah, three, and son Rocky, two.

News broke in November, 2021, that the couple bought a seven bedrooms, eight bathroom Gold Coast mansion for $10million.

Buddy, who left Hawthorn to join Sydney in 2014 on a nine-year deal worth $10million, re-signed with the Swans for another season in 2022. 

Meanwhile, Jesinta announced last October that she has signed a prestigious modelling contract with Seafolly.

Jesinta rose to fame in 2010 when she was crowned Miss Universe Australia and later married Buddy in 2016 after four years of dating.
