Jed was left in a state of shock, saying in a piece to camera the rejection is like a ‘kick in the guts’.

‘I wish the best for you and I hope that you meet someone,’ she told the drummer.

‘I’d love to stay friends and stay in contact.’

Looking shocked by the snub, Jed replied: ‘Yep good. Well it was lovely meeting you. Cheers.’

McIntosh is vying for the heart of one of 30 women along with pro basketballer Felix Von Hofe and life coach and restaurant manager Thomas Malucelli.

Season 10 begins with leads Felix, Jed and Thomas going on a blind date with each of their participants before inviting them to live in the Bachelor mansion with a rose.

Contestants then can say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to accepting the bachelor’s rose.
