WATCH: Terrifying video shows Minnesota Vikings photographer scaling narrow gantry hundreds of feet above NFL playoff game at U.S. Bank Stadium to get the perfect shot

Here is the moment a Minnesota Vikings photographer went the extra mile to get the perfect shot – by going hundreds of feet above the action.

Janaye Johnson shared a 360-degree video of herself on TikTok scaling a perilous gantry that was high above the Vikings-Giants playoff game below.

‘My legs were jelly,’ Johnson wrote. ‘I hate heights more than anything.’

But she had to park her fears as she carried her camera equipment across the gantry.

Fans were in disbelief at the viral clip, saying they would be ‘crying and crawling’ and they would be too worried about falling.

Hitting back at one person who described her high-rise mission as pointless, Johnson shared some of the photos which she snapped, giving her a bird’s eye view of the match unfolding,

There were to be no Vikings celebrations to capture, however, as the New York Giants secured an upset at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Giants QB Daniel Jones threw for 301 yards and two touchdowns as the Giants secured a 31-24 victory to end Minnesota’s season.

The Giants would go on to be roundly beaten in the divisional round by the Philadelphia Eagles.

NFL playoff action continues this weekend as the Eagles host the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game. Kansas City Chiefs host Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Championship game.

In the end it was a day for the New York Giants, not the Vikings, as they won the game 31-24
