Tammy Hembrow strips down to activewear before sharing her post-gym indulgence

Tammy Hembrow has shared her post-gym indulgence of fried chips to Instagram after a workout on Sunday.

The Gold Coast influencer, 27, first stripped down to a midriff-baring blue top and bike shorts while she lifted weights. 

The star looked fit and fabulous as she showcased her flat stomach at a weights station while doing a number of twists.

The star later shared a photo of the fried chips sitting on the passenger side seat of her Bentley after the workout. 

Tammy tagged the takeout joint Freddys Burleigh in the photograph.

The star has credited her TammyFit app for getting back in shape following the birth of her third child, Posy.  

It comes after Tammy’s rumoured break-up with fiancé Matt Poole, who has been notably absent from Tammy’s recent outings and Instagram feed.

The couple, who recently welcomed their daughter Posy, have been facing split rumours for weeks.

Tellingly, Tammy was not wearing her engagement ring at a recent fashion launch.  

Matt was first rumoured to have split with Tammy last month, just three months after she gave birth to their daughter.

Rumours of a break-up were sparked after an Instagram account noticed Tammy had been wearing her engagement ring intermittently and hadn’t shared a photo with the Ironman since August.

The couple began dating in 2020 and became engaged in November 2021, two weeks after which they announced they were expecting their first child together.
