Mr Abedin is seen on CCTV sitting at a desk inside the real estate agency when Mr Bell enters and rings a bell.
‘Were you just in the cafe?’ Mr Bell asks as he walks towards him. ‘Did you just call my brother a f***ing poof?Â

Mr Abedin, who turns his chair towards Mr Bell before he approaches, tries to respond before he is cut off.
‘If you ever f***ing come in there, you’re f***ing dead bro,’ Mr Bell says.
‘Don’t ever walk in that f***ing place again. You’re lucky I don’t f***ing slap your head now you stupic c***.’
Mr Abedin tries to stand up before Mr Bell angrily pushes him back into his chair and tells him to ‘sit the f*** down’.
He then threatens the real estate agent, saying, ‘I swear to God I’ll kill you’.Â
Bell was charged with assault and faced Burwood Local Court on Thursday, when the matter was adjourned until October 27.
He was issued with a restraining order which instructed him not to go within 50 metres of Mr Abedin.Â
Bell acted after a confrontation between Mr Abedin and Bell’s brother who was working as a waiter at the family-run Bar Cortona café.

‘Absolute f***ot. Look at his eyes. You’re messing with the wrong person,’ the person alleged to be Mr Abedin said to the waiter.
The barista can be heard telling police: ‘I have a very abusive person in my dad’s café calling me a f***ot… he’s just screaming obscenities.’
Mr Abedin allegedly told the waiter to tell police he’s ‘also calling you a d***head’.
The clash was filmed by a customer who posted the footage on social media.

‘It just gets me so rattled,’ he told Daily Mail Australia. ‘I’m terrified he will come in again and it will all blow up once more. It’s just gotten out of hand.
‘I feel nauseous every day. I’m just isolating myself and [not] wanting to leave the apartment.’
