Strictly Come Dancing stars Helen Skelton, Molly Rainford and Fleur East looked in good spirits as they left rehearsals on Friday ahead of week five on Saturday night.

The trio smiled as they finished off a final night of practice before they put on a show for the Strictly judges on a special week celebrating 100 years of the BBC.

The celebrities and their pro partners will be dancing to BBC theme tunes, with Helen performing the Charleston to the Blue Peter song.

Wearing a plunging black crop top and high waisted green trousers, Helen wore her hair straight and kept her makeup simple as she left rehearsals.

She grinned from ear to ear as she climbed out of her taxi at the same time as co-stars Molly and Fleur.

Molly wore a lime green cropped sweatshirt and brown jogging bottoms and Nike dunk trainers.

Her blonde tresses were styled into waves and she added to her outfit with a camo handbag.

On Saturday night the remaining couples took to the Ballroom floor in the hope of impressing judges, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Head Judge, Shirley Ballas and the voting public.

But Bros star Matt, 54, became the third contestant sent packing after facing actress Kym Marsh in the dreaded dance off.

Both couples did their routines again, with Kym and her dance partner Graziano Di Prima performing their Samba to Volare by Gipsy Kings.

Then Matt and his dance partner Nadiya Bychkova performed their Jive to All Shook Up in a bid to impress the judges and remain in the competition.

Matt and Nadiya got 20 points on Saturday’s live show – leaving them in last place on the leaderboard – while Kym and Graziano’s Samba bagged them 32 points – putting them in fifth place.

Earlier on Friday, it was revealed that the property firm Helen founded with her ex Richie Myler has been threatened with forced closure.

The presenter and her recently estranged husband, 32, are facing the forced closure of their business Myler Properties LLP, after it failed to file legally required accounts.

The company – which was set up in January 2020, when they were still together – has been warned of an impending ‘compulsory strike off’ order, which would necessitate it to be shut down.

Helen and Richie have until 6 November to successfully show cause that Myler Properties LLP should not be struck off.

Helen formed the business under her married name with rugby league star Richie, with whom she shared three young children: Ernie, six, Louis, five, and nine-month-old Elsie.

Documents just published show Myler Properties LLP has failed to produce accounts showing the partnership’s income and expenditure, which were due to be lodged in January.

The Countryfile presenter split from husband Richie in April after eight years of marriage and just four months after she welcomed the couple’s third child.

While Helen is now living back at her parents’ home with children Ernie, six, Louis, five, and nine-month-old Elsie, Richie is in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill, 32, who is pregnant with the couple’s first child.

In an interview with The Telegraph, Helen refused to comment on Richie’s new relationship out of respect for all involved, noting: ‘You cannot have any opinion on anyone else’s life until you’ve walked in those shoes. And my family are happy, my kids are happy, and that’s all ultimately that matters.’

She explained that she agreed to take part on Strictly to cap off the year on a positive note, claiming: ‘I think it would have been disrespectful for me to have not done Strictly. For my family, who need to see me have a great time. It’s not just for me.’
