Celebrity Apprentice star Samantha Jade reveals the reality TV show she REFUSES to appear on: ‘I could never do that’
She won the 2012 season of The X Factor Australia and returned to reality television this year on Nine’s Celebrity Apprentice.
But Samantha Jade has revealed there is one TV show you’ll never see her on: SAS Australia.
The pop star, 35, said on ThursdayĀ she wouldn’t last five minutes on Seven’s gruelling military-style series for one reason.

She toldĀ Yahoo LifestyleĀ she simply ‘couldn’t fight anyone’, which rules her out of several of the show’s challenges.
The pint-sized singer also revealedĀ she’d been approached by ‘all’ of the reality shows, including I’m a Celebrity and The Masked Singer, and always said ‘no’.
She said there was one particular moment onĀ SAS Australia that made her realise she couldn’t handle the selection course.
The singer told Yahoo Lifestyle on Thursday viewers will never see her on SAS: Australia. She said she simply ‘couldn’t fight anyone’, which rules her out of several of the show’s challenges

‘She had to fightĀ someone. And I was like, “I could never do that.” Like, imagine if it was her I had to fight? I love her, I couldn’t do that,’ she said.
‘I mean, I couldn’t fight anyone, but I couldn’t do that. That’s what turned me off. I was like, “I could not do that, no way.”‘

While she’s adamant she would never do SAS Australia, Samantha revealed it had always been her ‘dream’ to represent her country at the Eurovision Song Contest.Ā
Samantha’s comments come after she opened upĀ about the personal anguish she endured while appearing on Celebrity Apprentice this year.
The Bounce hitmaker said she would return home after a day of filming the reality series exhausted and in tears.Ā
She credited her fiancƩ, former Sony Music Australia A&R executive Pat Handlin, with seeing her through the hard times.

‘I feel for all the partners when we were filming,’ she toldĀ Now To Love. ‘Because it’s very long days, and it becomes a bubble.
‘Pat would sit and listen to me for the millions of times that I would talk about what was going on [in the show].’
She said Pat reminded her there was a world ‘outside of the show’.

Elsewhere in the interview, Samantha said she was thrilled to represent the Cancer Council on Celebrity Apprentice.
The New Boy star has her own personal connection with the disease.
Her mother Jacqui Gibbs died of cancer in 2014, and she said she was grateful to be able to raise money to help other sufferers.Ā Ā
