‘Today he’s 30 and next week he leaves me to start a new chapter of his life. I hate gushy posts but I want everyone to know how much I’m gonna miss you. You’ve been there every step of the way and I know I’ll be lost without you’.
‘You’ve turned into such an amazing man and I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me. Professionally and Personally. Happy Birthday Nads. Here’s us breaking into the diary room in the Big Brother house at 4am the night it finished. There’s no one else I’d rather share that memory with. Love you Nads x @naderdt’.
It comes after Rylan revealed he thought he was ‘crazy’ and ‘going mad’ amid his divorce from his ex-husband Dan Neal last year.

‘I couldn’t dress myself, I couldn’t eat, I went down to 9st and I’m six-foot-three.
‘I wrote three versions, the clean version, the angry version and then the kind-of merged version.
‘I didn’t want to detail every single thing that happened, I know what happened and I’ve told enough.

‘I just can’t deal with the lies and it feels like a weight off my shoulders writing it down too. It literally fell apart to the worst point, I was like I don’t want to do anything, I was not coming back to work and I didn’t for like 5 or 6 months.’
Rylan went on to say: ‘The money was a big reason. I wanted to mark 10 years and lessons along the way, I didn’t want it to be a stereotypical “I was born then and blah blah.’
‘And then I went through a divorce and breakup so I tied that in. My life fell apart while writing.’
But it was his intentions for writing the book that left hosts Allison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary in stitches, as well as viewers.
