Santos has been under fire since before he was sworn-in, after The New York Times found no record of him studying at Baruch College or working at Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, claims he made on his campaign website.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy revealed on Tuesday that embattled Republican Rep. George Santos is facing a House Ethics investigation.

A man named Derek Myers alleged that Santos ‘touched’ his groin during a January 25 meeting in Santos’ office.

The New York Republican said he ‘100 percent’ denied the claims and dismissed Myers’ allegations as ‘comical,’ according to CNN.

Myers said he filed a police report and a House Ethics complaint.

On Tuesday, several dozen of Santos’ constituents from New York’s third Congressional district stood outside the Capitol Building chanting ‘hey, hey, ho, ho Santos has got to go.’

Rep. Dan Goldman, a New York Democrat and former impeachment lawyer, was one of the speakers.
