Princess Charlene looked effortlessly chic in a black and white ensemble as she arrived at the St Nicholas Cathedral for Monaco’s National Day celebrations.
The mother-of-two, 44, took her husband Prince Albert’s arm as the Royal Family descended the stairs outside the church in Monte Carlo following a service on Saturday.
Charlene opted for a long, white coat for Monaco’s National Day, worn over a high-neck black dress. She also donned a pair of black leather gloves.
She completed her monochrome ensemble with a black, wide-brim hat and simple pearl drop earrings.Ā The royal kept her make-up classic for the occasion.
Her husband, Prince Albert, was in formal attire, with a number of opulent medals embellishing the front of his jacket – which was embroidered with red and gold.

Traditionally, the Princes chose the day of the saint they are named after.

The celebrations come after Princess Charlene and Prince Albert took part inĀ Monaco’s Red Cross gift giveaway on Wednesday.
Charlene made the most of the mild November temperatures and more the festive green dress, which had long flowing sleeves and was tied at the waist with a black leather belt.Ā

The event saw members of the princely family speak to some of the Red Cross volunteers who took part in the gift distribution.Ā
They also listened to the story of vulnerable people who were stocking up on gifts ahead of Christmas.Ā
