Olivia Molly Rogers shares cryptic quote about having a ‘broken heart’

Olivia Molly Rogers has shared a moving quote about having a ‘broken heart’ as she continues to heal from her split from husband Justin McKeone.

The former Miss Universe Australia, 30, posted a framed piece from author Charlotte Freeman to her Instagram. 

The quote read in part: ‘I don’t think some people realise how powerful a broken heart can be. I know that at the time it feels like your world as you know it is ending, but the journey that comes next is magical.

‘After your heart breaks, the love for yourself that slipped away over time slowly starts to come back, because all the love you were giving to the wrong person has nowhere to go but back home to you,’ it continued. 

‘You slowly realise how strong you are, you learn how to make yourself happy, how to just be your own person.’

Olivia wrote in her caption: ‘It resonated so strongly with me and it seemed it did with a lot of you also.

Olivia ended her marriage to Justin after just seven months as husband and wife.

The former couple, who met in 2018, were last pictured together in August in a series of loved-up holiday snaps from their trip to New York City.

She finally addressed her break-up in an Instagram post on October 3.

‘After 4.5 years together, Justin and I have come to the difficult decision to separate as a couple,’ read her break-up post on Instagram.
