An Amish man cops say was drunk was filmed passed out behind the wheel of his moving buggy – which only came to a halt when it crashed into a police road block.

Law enforcement had responded to reports that Miller’s buggy was ‘all over the road,’ Fox News first reported.

‘Hey, hey, wake up!’ Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Talbert can be heard saying as he first spots the rogue buggy.

When Miller trundles on by to the sound of clattering hooves, Talbert speaks into his radio and says: ‘There’s a Bud Light can in there and he’s passed clean out. We got a drunk Amish guy passed out in a buggy.’

After a low-speed chase, Talbert tried to block the road, and the buggy crashed into the deputy’s car.

‘I have it stopped,’ Talbert said. ‘Nope, disregard, he just rammed it into my car.’

It was only then that a very-confused Miller woke up, and finally regained control of his buggy.

Miller has been arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence. He is scheduled in court on May 26.

Penalties for operating horse-drawn vehicles while impaired are generally lighter than those drunk car drivers are given, and Miller will likely be slapped with a fine.

Ashtabula Sheriff deputies responded to 911 reports that Miller’s buggy was all over the road.

Miller’s horse rides past by Talbert, who then tells a fellow deputy he saw a Bud Light can inside the buggy and a passed-out Miller behind the wheel.

‘He’ll go home, the horse knows how to get home,’ Talbert says between laughs as he hops inside his vehicle.

The deputy then follows the buggy and describes the situation through his radio.

‘He just turned eastbound on Bogue and I yelled at the guy when he rode by,’ Talbert says in bodycam footage of the incident.

‘There is a Bud Light can sitting in the d**n buggy and I hit the side of the buggy and hollered at the guy. He’s passed clean out. He’s slumped over.’
