He may have his hands full with two young daughters, but ex-Bachelor Matthew Johnson hasn’t let go of his gym routine just yet.
The 35-year-old, who recently married long-time partner Laura Byrne, showcased his muscular body while swimming laps at Sydney‘s famous Bondi Icebergs ocean pool on Wednesday.

Matty was pictured resting on the edge of the pool while soaking up the summer sun before sliding back in to practise his freestyle stroke.
Later, he put on a singlet and was seen exiting the pool with his buff biceps on show.

He carried a beach towel in his left hand while holding his phone in the other, and also slung a black backpack over his shoulders.
Matty previously opened up about his healthy habits and what he does to maintain his Adonis-like physique.
‘I always love my cardio. I normally try and get in at least one run and a cycle in each week as well as a few weight sessions,’ he told Body+Soul in 2020.
