Marion Cotillard showed off her chic sense of style as she attended the Charlotte Premiere At UGC Cine Cite Les Halles in Paris, France on Monday.

The actress, 47, wore a black jacket with quilted detail and a pair of matching trousers.

She added a few inches to her stature by opting for a pair of black boots and opted for a palette of natural hues with her make-up.

The star, who voices the character of French Charlotte in the animated film, was seen posing alongside director Eric Warin at the event.

Eric opted for smart but casual attire, wearing a black jacket with a crisp white shirt which he left unbuttoned at the collar.

He wore a pair of blue denim jeans and wore a comfortable pair of black trainers for his outing.

Charlotte is an account of German-Jewish artist Charlotte Salomon’s life in the south of France between the years of 1941 and 1943.

The years lead up to when Charlotte was sent to Auschwitz during World War II, with the movie being inspired by her memoir Life? or Theatre?

Marion has recently been in Croatia filming scenes for iconic war photographer Lee Miller’s biopic.

She is playing the role of Solange D’Ayen in historical biopic Lee, which chronicles the life of Vogue model turned World War II correspondent Lee Miller.

Marion is starring alongside actors Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Josh O’Connor.

The film, called Lee, will follow the life and experiences of the photojournalist as she travels to the frontline of World War II and tries to expose the horrific truths of the Nazis.
