Love Island fans were infuriated during Friday night’s episode of Love Island after Shaq apologised to Tanya.
Sitting next to her in the garden, he revealed that he wanted to ‘work through stuff’ with her.
He said: ‘The way I feel about you isn’t like how I’ve felt about anyone else before.
‘It’s too special to give up because the way I feel about you doesn’t come around very often in life or in general. I want to work through stuff with you.’
As their patch-up conversation continued on Friday, Shaq told Tanya: ‘If you’re willing to take responsibility for how you were last night, I’ll take responsibility for how I was last night.’
Back together: Love Island fans were left infuriated after Shaq apologised to Tanya and went back to her following their explosive Movie Night row

Swallowing her pride, Tanya replied: ‘Yes, I shouldn’t have shouted at you.’
Shaq added: ‘I’m sorry for how I spoke to you as well,’ to which Tanya quips: ‘You should be.’
Twitter was ablaze with angry fans, who questioned why Shaq wanted to be with Tanya and slammed her treatment of him.
One person wrote: ‘I’m done. I don’t wanna see shaq or Tanya on my screen no more she doesn’t deserve u stand up urg.’
Another said: ‘Watching Shaq and Tanya for the last two nights has triggered my anxiety’ while a third penned: ‘Shaq is a chump. Tanya is playing him. We need a public vote now.’
Others were equally angry, writing: ‘Why is Shaq giving Tanya the time of day AGAIN’ and ‘What Tanya is doing is emotional abuse so be guided in the way you’re judging Shaq right now.
‘Also they’re stuck in the same house 24/7 the producers should have sent a bombshell in for him tbh.’
Another said: ‘Shaq are you… for real? Surely they must be some brain cells to see what Tanya is doing.’
Fuming: Twitter was ablaze with angry fans, who questioned why Shaq wanted to be with Tanya and slammed her treatment of him
It comes after their explosive argument on Thursday’s episode tested them.
Shaq burst into tears on Thursday after watching Tanya, 23, kissing Nigerian-Irish bombshell Martin Akinola during one of the clips and was later consoled by pal Tom Clare.
In Thursday’s episode, Shaq reacted to the Movie Night clip of Tanya kissing Martin, as he said: ‘So it was just a peck, yeah, and he went to kiss you? So we’re lying now?’
But Tanya stood her ground and said: ‘If you’re looking for something to be angry about, this isn’t it.’
The confrontation led to Shaq later saying to the boys: ‘I cant lie, I feel like she’s a liar, I feel like she’s full of s**t.’
Tanya became irritated, telling Olivia that she did not know what else to do and she felt she kept having to prove her love for Shaq.
After Tanya ignored Shaq in the kitchen, he left the villa, later crying as he spoke to friend Tom.

Elsewhere on Friday’s episode, as the villa is still reeling from the fallout of Movie Night there’s set to be even more drama when new bombshells Rosie Seabrook and Keanan Brand, both 24, make their entrance.
As couples are strained after witnessing each other’s Casa Amor antics, the pair come in at a tense time and waste no time cracking on.
In scenes that will air on Friday night’s episode, the Islanders receive a text informing them that two new bombshells are on the way and that they’re taking two people out on a date.
Rosie opts to take Casey and Kai Fagan while Keanan chose Jessie Wynter and Samie Elishi.
Not everyone is excited, with Claudia Fogarty left panicking as she says: ‘I think Casey could possibly have his head turned.’
The four chosen Islanders are then whisked away for some one-on-one time with the newbies as their partners fret back at the villa.
And as the new bombshells and the Islanders return to the villa after their date, Casey admits to Shaq Muhammed ‘it was a good date.’

As Maxwell Samuda asks Keanan: ‘Which date was better, Samie or Jessie?’
Keeping his cards close to his chest, Keanan says: ‘I’ll keep that to myself.’
Claudia later catches up with Jessie in private and tells her: ‘I see this going one way Jessie, I really do. I think he’s going to go for her, I really do.’
Speaking in the garden the following day Rosie says to Casey: ‘I do feel like we have very similar personalities, we are going to get along well.’
Watching on, Olivia asks Claudia: ‘How are you feeling?’
Claudia replies: ‘It’s just inevitable isn’t it, I know I’m trying to stay positive but I just know what’s coming.’
Picked: Kai was also treated to a date with Rosie when she entered the villa
Dating: Jessie Wynter and Samie Elishi are taken out on a date by new bombshell Keanan
Looking good: Handsome singleton Keanan, from Wigan, is a professional rugby player
Meanwhile Casey tells Rosie: ‘It would take a lot to turn my head but I find you really attractive, we will have to wait and see, I think time will tell.’
Later that evening Rosie makes a toast and says: ‘Cheers to double trouble and maybe new chapters.’
As the evening continues the Islanders receive a text, which reads: ‘Islanders, please gather around the fire pit immediately.’
It’s not long before another message reaches the Islanders as they sit around the fire pit, it reads: ‘Tonight there will be a recoupling in which the girls will pick which boy they would like to couple up with.’
This all comes after the Movie Night chaos in which the Islanders get to watch what really happened in Casa Amor.
Audiences saw the boys got a question correct in their battle to watch more clips of the Islanders, they opted to watch Liv Actually.
Recoupling: As the evening continues the Islanders receive a text, which reads: ‘Islanders, please gather around the fire pit immediately’
Soon, it became apparent that Olivia’s true colours were to be revealed, as footage showed her forgetting Kai’s name and badmouthing the girls, which left the fellow Islanders shocked.
She said: ‘Early days. I forgot his name, Kai. No, because it’s like new scenery.’
But a determined Olivia remained completely unbothered and reacted to the videos by telling the others: ‘No, because it’s nothing I wouldn’t say. If you’ve got any questions, come to me after.’
Love Island airs daily at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
