Kylie Jenner starts construction on MEGA MANSION near Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian’s compounds

Kylie Jenner is now hard at work constructing the massive compound to house her future mansion.

The 25-year-old cosmetics mogul’s property was pictured in new aerial photos exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com on Wednesday that showed what appeared to be the main mansion being built on a sloping hill.

The enormous area — which Kylie purchased in 2020 for a record-breaking $15 million — includes spots for multiple other structures, including what will be a garage to house her expansive collection of pricey sports cars and SUVs.

Kylie is making progress on her property months after she and her ex Travis Scott put their luxurious Beverly Hills mansion on the market for an eye-popping $21.9 million.

Even as workers were excavating her property, Kylie enjoyed a relaxing day by the pool while flaunting her impressive bikini body in photos she shared to her Instagram in the evening.

The property has changed considerably since it was first photographed shortly after Kylie shelled out $15 million for it, which is a record for the area.

The new photos show the wooden structure of what appears to be Kylie’s mansion toward the top of the sloping property, which is demarcated with a fence.

Along the curving access road heading up the hill is a concrete-lined subterranean entrance, which apparently leads to her 12-car garage.

Several sections of her property had been covered up with black tarps, and another structure was being erected in the bottom corner of the space near the road abutting the construction.

Another new section was being built right on the edge of the property just below the main mansion’s foundation, though it wasn’t clear what it might be, or if it would be accessible via another underground entrance.

The wooden structure of the mansion had advanced considerably since it was seen last month, and a crane and multiple work trucks surrounded it.

The main house is expected to be around 18,000 square feet, according to Architectural Digest, and one of the other structures will be for a smaller guest house.

Kylie — who has had to deal with stalkers in the past — will also have a building created to house her security team as they watch over her land.

Kylie may also opt to build office space to help take care of her many business obligations without having to leave the comfort of her home.

In addition to her mansion, the Kardashian star is constructing a pool — which will likely be similarly opulent — and some kind of sports court for recreation and to facilitate her workouts.

Those structures were listed on her approved blueprints, but she could also change her mind and opt to construct different custom structures instead.

Kylie and the rest of the Kardashian–Jenner clan tend to stay close to each other to facilitate filming for the realty series — first Keeping Up With The Kardashians, followed by its Hulu successor The Kardashians — and overtime they have moved closer together.

Kylie’s new Hidden Hills property is located in between properties owned by her mother Kris Jenner and her older sister KhloĂ© Kardashian, and even her sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian live nearby.

Kris has an 8-bedroom mansion that she bought for $20 million, while Khloé built her home on a property that she purchased for $17 million.

The reality star’s newest property joins her impressive portfolio. She currently lives in a $36 million mansion in Holmby Hills, and she also has the Beverly Hills mansion that she and her ex Travis are working to sell.

Kylie purchased the Holmby Hills home, where she spends most of her time, in April 2020, just a few months before she acquired the Hidden Hills lot.

It is unclear what kind of style Kylie may favor for her new mansion since she is starting from the ground up, but her Holmby Hills home favors a boxy modern style. The minimalist mansion is painted all-white, with simple gray trim.

That home includes a pool, which she will be looking to replicate with her upcoming mansion.

Later on Wednesday, Kylie shared some sizzling snaps taken at the pool. She put on a busty display in a metallic bikini halter bikini top.

She turned her head to the side to gaze toward the house dramatically, while another shot showed her playfully stretching out her hand toward the camera.

‘happyyyy place,’ she captioned the pictures. It wasn’t clear where she was relaxing, as the pool didn’t appear to belong to her current Holmby Hills mansion, but it could have also been one of her family members’ many properties.

Kylie also has another home in Hidden Hills, which she bought for $12 million in 2016.

Kylie Jenner’s lavish property empire

$15million plot of land (5 acres) in Hidden Hills

Jenner made a record-breaking $15million purchase on 5 acres of land in Hidden Hills in May 2020.

She is not the only A-lister who has purchased the property as Miley Cyrus had bought it in 2015 as her horses lived there but never built a home on it as she sold it three years later.

Purchased in April 2020, Kylie’s new spot is billed as a ‘resort compound,’ sprawling over 19k square feet and boasting four guest houses. It also has a private guardhouse, professional kitchen, and several at-home bars.

The property was originally listed at $45million, meaning Jenner got a discount.

$12million Hidden Hills mansion

Kylie snagged her current home in 2016, meaning she’s been there longer than any of her other abodes. The 13,200 square feet property is nestled on 1.4 acres of land.

Though she just bought a new place, it doesn’t look like she has plans to sell anytime soon, as the home is not listed anywhere.

$13million Beverly Hills investment home with Travis Scott

Kylie and Travis decided to pick up their LA home  in 2018 as an investment, but did stay their with daughter Stormi briefly.

Talking about the home to People, a source said: ‘Kylie and Travis’s new Beverly Hills house is spectacular. It’s contemporary, but very warm at the same time. The property is also very private.’

$2.7million Calabasas ‘starter home’

Jenner picked up her first home while just 17-years-old in 2015. She chose the location because it was close to sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian. It’s reported that she dig extensive renovations in order to satisfy her ‘edgy’ tastes.

When the house sold to entrepreneur Nikki Eslami in 2017, Kylie is said to have made a $500k profit.

$6million Hidden Hills ‘mini-mansion’

Kylie upgraded in 2016, purchasing a space that was nearly 2000 square feet bigger than her previous digs. It was reportedly home to six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater, and a four-car garage with epoxy floors.

Jenner sold the spot in 2018 and though it was a private sale, it’s reported she made $1million in profit.

$4.5million ‘office home’ right next door

Jenner decided to become her own neighbor just three months later, picking up the pad immediately next door. Her plan was to make the space into a home office but she  put the house on the market just five months later.

It sold to to hockey player John Schiavo in 2017 for about $750k more than she bought it for.

$5million plot of land in Hidden Hills

Jenner originally purchased this vacant piece of land in 2017 with plans to make a garden and horse farm but things never came to fruition.

But she decided to ditch the plot about 10-months later, still making a profit as she offloaded the undeveloped land for $5.35million the following August.
