He’s been dubbed Australia’s King of Radio, so it’s no surprise Kyle Sandilands is preparing to raise his unborn son like a prince.
On Wednesday, removalists were seen carrying newly-purchased baby items from Kyle, 50, and his pregnant fiancée Tegan Kynaston’s mansion in Sydney‘s affluent Edgecliff as the couple prepare to move homes.
Tegan, 36, watched on from the street as the men lugged expensive baby furniture and accessories from the front door to a removal truck parked outside.

Among the items was a Versace baby stroller, which retails for a whopping $4,200.
Two tradies were also seen lugging a huge gold baroque-style side table.
Also spotted among the furniture was a rose gold baby cot by Incy Interiors worth $1,000, as well as several extravagant, Louis 14th inspired pieces including a chest of drawers and hallway table.

One removalist was seen carrying a bag full of custom-designed baby pillows emblazoned with the name ‘Sandilands’.
As the men worked up a sweat, Tegan gathered her two dogs.

The blonde showcased her blossoming bump in a pair of black high-waisted leggings, while covering up from the autumnal chill in a cropped P.E. Nation hoodie.
As usual, the glamorous marketing director was decked out in designer gear for the off-duty occasion, including a pair of Gucci sneakers worth $1370 and a brown Fendi backpack worth $3,300.
An assistant was also seen carrying her belongings in a $4,000 Louis Vuitton suitcase.
Last month Kyle revealed her had purchased an old mansion in Western Sydney.
‘I have just bought some big old mansion on acreage out west. We are going to turn it into a Hamptons style home,’ he said.

‘I haven’t quite managed to get Tegan out of the eastern suburbs yet and away from the synagogue,’ he added.
He explained how he previously ‘didn’t want to lock down anywhere’ because he wanted to travel but is now ready to build his ‘dream home’.
Kyle and Tegan announced they were expecting their first child together back in February, with the baby due in August.
‘We’re having a baby! We are having a friggin’ baby. I couldn’t be happier,’ he said on KIIS FM’s The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
Speaking on the radio show, Tegan said that Kyle had been ‘very emotional’ since finding out he was going to be a first-time father.

The expectant couple later found out the sex of their baby with an elaborate gender reveal party held on a superyacht on Sydney Harbour that same month.
‘The best surprise we could have asked for. This was the most incredibly special, emotional and happy day for Kyle and I,’ Tegan later wrote on Instagram.
Kyle and Tegan got engaged in Port Douglas over the Christmas holidays, just two months before they announced their baby news.

The lovebirds asked Jackie live on-air, with Jackie immediately accepting the role.

‘Oh, thank you! Oh, thank you!’ the emotional radio host said as she took turns hugging both Kyle and Tegan.
