Jonathan Majors denies assaulting a woman after being arrested for ‘strangulation, assault and harassment’ in New York City

Jonathan Majors is denying any wrongdoing after being arrested for assaulting a woman in New York City.

The Creed star, 33, was arrested on Saturday morning on charges of ‘strangulation, assault and harassment as per TMZ, however his rep has denied the charges.

The alleged victim, a female, told the police Majors got into an argument with her and proceeded to ‘attack her.’ 

According to a source who spoke with the publication the alleged victim had visible injuries on her body, including a ‘laceration behind her ear, redness and marks to her face.’ She was then taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition.

The nature of their relationship is currently unknown. 

Cops were called to the scene around 11AM, near the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.
