From a private hair salon she had her husband Kroy Biermann build to their blinged-out pool, Kim Zolciak truly sparred no expense enhancing the lavish Atlanta mansion she and her family lived in for many years until its recent foreclosure.

The home was heavily featured on her reality series Don’t Be Tardy, and Kim has given tours of the mansion on camera where she boasted about the Versace china, home elevator, game room, home gym, and pool she joked about skinny dipping in.

Sadly, the dream home she poured millions into will now be up for sale at a public auction set to take place in just a few weeks.

‘This is paradise right here for me,’ Kim, 44, said as she showcased her pool in one home tour. ‘The pool I have at 98 degrees right now because I hate cold water. I put some bling in the pool too. But it’s really cool, it’s really private, nobody can see in the pool so we can skinny dip whenever we want – when y’all aren’t around!’

Entering her dining room, she referred to herself and her husband as the ‘king and queen’ of the house as she showed off two throne-like chairs seated at the table.

‘This is my dining room that I love,’ she said of her blinged-out room. ‘Kroy and I are the king and queen of this f**king house so this is perfect for us,’ she said as she showed off two exquisite chairs.

The house also featured delicate Versace china that had never been used.

‘Versace china, which I love, but it just doesn’t get used and never has been used in all the years. I’ll pass it on to my children someday. Yeah right, I’m taking that s**t to the grave,’ Kim said as she briefly showed off the plates.

She then showed off her glam ‘Hollywood room’: ‘This is my favorite room in the whole house, it’s called the Hollywood room, and this is actually my girl’s TV room where they hang out with their friends and I am obsessed with this room. This chandelier is 8 foot by 7 foot. It’s just amazing.’

Speaking of the elevator, she said: ‘I hate elevators. My husband goes in a lot with the kids and my girls send up their f***ing bags of clothes from the mall in the elevator because they’re so lazy to carry them up the stairs.’

Once the elevator arrived – completely filled with camping gear – she said: ‘You can fit our whole family in there. That’s a really great place to have sex or hide presents, in my house where you have six kids and a lot of staff.’

Kim also showed off the home salon her husband built which housed her impressive wig collection. The salon took 8-12 weeks to be built.

‘I decide I want a salon, I’m tired of having hair and makeup in our house everyday and I got Kroy to build a salon,’ she explained.

‘I pick out all the furniture, the wallpaper, the pictures, the curtains, the everything I want, and everything was put together by Kroy,’ she added.

On Friday, TMZ reported the family’s home was officially going into foreclosure.

The couple’s Georgia mansion will be up for a public auction next month on March 7 – confirming their housing woes after months of speculation and angry denials.

The Don’t Be Tardy stars initially bought the home back in 2012 for $880,000, and it is currently priced between $2.5 and $2.6 million, according to TMZ.

The news comes four months after the TV personality publicly shut down rumors that the home was auctioned off for a mere $257K after falling into foreclosure.

Kim denied the claims in November, claiming on her Instagram Story that she still owns the home and wasn’t planning on selling anytime soon.

‘My house was not sold for $257,000. If you guys think that I would let my home, that we put millions and millions of dollars [into], go for $257,000, you’re an idiot, OK? For real,’ said a clearly upset Kim in her video.

She didn’t appear in the short clip, and instead gave her Instagram followers a brief tour of her massive home and its grand staircase.

The couple share six children together: Kroy Jagger (KJ), 11, Kash, 10, twins Kaia and Kane, 9, and Kim’s two daughters from a previous marriage, Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21.

Their lavish estate has been featured on both the Real Housewives and Kim’s own reality show, Don’t Be Tardy, which aired for a total of eight seasons.

Truist Bank has been asked to deal with the foreclosure of the house, and an action had reportedly begun to take place back in August when the couple defaulted on their $1.65 million mortgage.

According to TMZ, the five bedroom and six and a half bathroom mansion sits comfortably near the 18th hole of the Manor Golf and Country Club located just north of the bustling city of Atlanta.

The front of the home has a spacious circular driveway and has an inviting appeal with stunning brickwork on the exterior.

On Don’t Be Tardy, which first aired back in 2012 with the original title of Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding, Kim gave a tour of the mansion.

The mother of six showed off the ornate décor, which included crafted paintwork and glistening chandeliers that offered a feeling of opulence.

Large windows offered plenty of natural light to stream inside to brighten up the space.

The 6,900 square foot home also contains a swimming pool with a hot tub, a waterfall spa, a basketball court, and a built-in elevator.

On March 7, the home will be auctioned off to the public at the Fulton County Courthouse to the highest bidder.

In her Instagram denial in November, the reality star also claimed the actual worth of her home — located in the city of Alpharetta, Georgia— is $2.5 million, or nearly ten times as much as it was rumored to have been auctioned for.

Kim also claimed that she wasn’t planning on leaving the luxurious home until she was ready to.

‘So, what are you going to do, haters, when I’m here for Christmas, and I’m here for my birthday, and I’m here for all those amazing dates?’ she asked combatively.

‘I’m here until I f***ing want to move out. ‘Til I decide I don’t want to live here anymore.’

As she finished showing off a portion of her home, she added, ‘So enjoy the view, haters, ’cause you’re going to be seeing it for quite some time.’

Kim and her family had been beset by online rumors that the home had been foreclosed on and eventually sold at auction for just $257,000.

The rumors may have been sparked partly based on reality, as the house was once threatened with foreclosure back in 2014, according to an October report by Page Six.

However, Kim and her husband Kroy paid off of their outstanding debts to get their home out of the danger.

At the time of the foreclosure threat, they reportedly owed $10,567.67. The foreclosure threat was delivered two years after the home was purchased in 2012.

The two have been dogged with money issues over the years, which may have given the foreclosure rumors legs online among fans.

In 2014, the same year as the foreclosure troubles, Kim admitted on her Real Housewives Of Atlanta spin-off series that she had serious gambling issues.

She admitted to losing a shocking $250,000 while gambling in the Bahamas, and in the same episode she admitted to spending $1,240 on scratch-off tickets while stopped at a gas station amid a road trip to Florida, because Georgia had no casinos to take care of her need to gamble.

'I would have been up a whole RV, actually, had I just stopped while I was ahead, but I just can't help it,' Kim said in a confessional. 'I kind of broke even'

Her husband Kroy was also accused of not paying his former NFL agent more than $22,000 in fees in October 2020.

On a 2020 episode of Don’t Be Tardy, Kim blew the price of ‘a whole RV’ while gambling with her family in Las Vegas.

Nearing the end of an arduous cross-country trip, the reality star was thrilled to reach Sin City and spend some cash at its casinos.

After weeks in a frequently broken-down RV, even using the stationary toilet in her hotel room made Kim giddy, and the prospect of gambling elated her.

She tried to win at the slots and tables for more than 11 hours and eventually her luck ran out.

Asked by producers how she’d fared at the casinos, she made a moue of distaste.

‘I would have been up a whole RV, actually, had I just stopped while I was ahead, but I just can’t help it,’ Kim said in a confessional. ‘I kind of broke even.’
