Inside Harry Styles’ relationship with glamorous Australian fashionista Yan Yan Chan

Harry Styles has struck up a close friendship with 24-year-old Australian influencer and fashion photographer Yan Yan Chan, according to Woman’s Day magazine. 

The publication claims the British pop star, 29, who confirmed his split from Olivia Wilde, 39, in November, and social media star recently enjoyed a secret getaway while Harry was visiting Australia for his Love On tour in February. 

Harry was photographed enjoying a jog around Byron Bay‘s famous lighthouse on February 27 – and the NSW coastal town happens to be one of Yan Yan’s most frequented hotspots. 

‘[Harry] loves keeping good company while he’s away from home’… [Yan Yan] by all accounts is a lot of fun,’ a source told the publication. 

If the rumours of their friendship are to be believed, Harry and Yan Yan have gone to great efforts to keep their bond under wraps.

While the pair have been following each other on Instagram since 2020, they have never been pictured together. 

Yan Yan did however attend Harry’s show in Sydney on March 4, and was spotted sitting in a gold class corporate box alongside a group of fellow influencers. 

‘While Harry’s closest knows exactly who she is, Yan Yan is the type of person who would never kiss and tell’, the source alleged. 

Yan Yan was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Sydney, where she found success as a fashion blogger in the early 2000s.

Her last known relationship was with fellow influencer and reality star Nathan Jolliffe, who happens to be the spitting image of Harry.

The former ‘it’ couple dated for five years before splitting in July 2022, not long after moving to New York together. 

At the time, Nathan shared a photo of the couple to Instagram alongside the word ‘bittersweet’ and a ‘bye’ emoji. 

Meanwhile, in February it was reported that Harry was ‘in early days of romance with mystery woman‘. 

It emerged singer Harry and actress Olivia had gone their separate ways in November last year after they found they had ‘different priorities that are keeping them apart’.

While it’s claimed the pair are still ‘good friends’, Harry has left the romance firmly in the past as the One Direction star is said to have moved on with someone else.

A source told the Mirror: ‘Harry is seeing someone. He’s going to great lengths to keep her identity quiet after the circus surrounding his relationship with Olivia.

‘But his close circles all know about the romance. Though it’s early days, things seem to be going well.’
