Newly-single Gisele Bundchen took a no-nonsense approach to renovations at her new $11.5 million Miami mansion on Thursday – as she continues to move on from her divorce from Tom Brady
The supermodel, 42, who recently liked her 45-year-old ex’s birthday post for their son Benjamin’s birthday – was seen energetically pointing at her patio as workmen looked on, while pulling an animated expression.
The star appeared to be making demands for the outside of the property as she prepares to move into the home.Â
The star displayed her toned waist and legs in a simple vest top paired with stonewash jeans and flip-flops.

The star wore her ombre locks in a tousled updo and sported a radiant palette of make-up.Â
Bundchen is currently remodelling the home, which is directly across the waterway from Tom Brady‘s Miami home – and bought the pad weeks before the couple finalized their divorce.Â
Bündchen closed on the five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot Miami Beach mansion on October 6, Page Six reported.Â
The mansion appears to be almost directly across the waterway from her now ex-husband Brady’s home, which is under construction on Indian Creek Island.
Bündchen first viewed the mansion on August 16, just days before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback took an 11-day break from playing in the NFL, a source told Page Six. The break was a last attempt to save the relationship, it was reported.Â

Wow: Bündchen closed on the five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot Miami Beach mansion on October 6, Page Six reported
‘Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL, which indicates that she was already done with the marriage and moving on,’ the source revealed.Â
Bündchen’s reported new digs are in Surfside while Brady’s mansion is on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay.Â
‘You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,’ the source added.
The property listing boasts soaring 25-foot ceilings, a large outdoor pool, a home theater, gym, several terraces and views of the waterway and Indian Creek Island.

The two had aimed to build a forever home in Miami’s Indian Creek Country Club community for themselves and their children.
The total cost of the house is set to be near $30 million, as they paid $17 million for the land and an additional $10.12 million in construction costs for the custom mansion, according to the Post.
The area is dubbed ‘Billionaire’s Bunker’ because of the sheer number of celebrities and high-rollers in the vicinity, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
The most recent reported purchase comes months after the supermodel had quietly snapped up a $1.25 million, three-bedroom property in February, two weeks before Brady made the shock U-turn announcement he was coming out of retirement to return to the NFL.
That purchase was subsequently approved on June 10, with the former Victoria’s Secret model’s name reportedly the only one on the deed. It was located just a 15 minute walk from Indian Creek Island, where the couple had shared the $17 million mansion.

At just 1,890 square feet, the cottage was comparatively tiny when placed alongside the enormous properties that Brady and Bündchen snapped up together over the course of their marriage, which hit the rocks earlier this year ahead of the 45-year-old NFL star’s rumored final season in the league.Â
The star quietly snapped up the $1.25 million three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property near Miami Beach on February 28, just two weeks before her estranged football player husband made the shock U-turn announcement that he was coming out of retirement to return to the NFL.Â
According to the New York Post, Gisele, who purchased the home via an LLC, then submitted paperwork to begin remodeling the ‘charming Art Deco-style cottage’, which was approved on June 10. Her name is the only one on the documents.Â
Described as a ‘true gem’ in its online listing, the property features an enormous kitchen with a marble ‘waterfall island’, a large master bathroom – complete with his-and-hers sinks – as well as a quaint garden.Â
Helpfully, the home is also located just a 15 minute walk from Indian Creek Island – or Billionaire Bunker as its often referred to thanks to its incredibly wealthy residents and enormous mansions – where Gisele and Brady now own a $17 million mansion that they had been completely redoing in the run up to their divorce announcement. Â
Casual chic: The Brazilian supermodel carried a tablet as she walked along
It is unclear when work on the property – which was already described as being ‘immaculately renovated’ – is due to be completed, nor is it known when Gisele is intending to use the home as a full-time residence, or a pied-à -terre whenever she needs to be in Florida.Â
As yet, the supermodel has not stated whether her intention is to remain in the Sunshine State – where Brady plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers – or return to a large city such as New York, where the ex-couple already owns a condo.Â
However, at just 1,890 square feet, the home – which is located in the Surfside neighborhood, where Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner currently live – is comparatively tiny when placed alongside the enormous properties that Brady and Gisele snapped up together during their marriage.Â

Tom and Giselle finalized their divorce in October after 13 years of marriage and have agreed to joint custody of the kids Benjamin, 13 and Vivian, 10, according to a source quoted by E News. Â
‘The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always,’ the Brazilian beauty wrote in a statement.Â
For weeks, speculation has mounted that the pair were divorcing as a result of Brady’s decision to go back to work.
He announced his retirement in February, but then reversed it a month later.

Tom and Gisele confirmed their divorce in Instagram statements on Friday. She said her priority had ‘always been’ the children, but said the pair had ‘grown apart’. In his statement, Brady said the decision was ‘painful and difficult’Â
Gisele, who largely put her modeling career on the back burner in order to travel with Brady and live with him and their children in Boston, was widely rumored to have been disappointed by the decision.
In recent weeks, she has been spotted meeting with spiritual healers in Miami and in September, she told ELLE: ‘Now it’s my turn.’
She told Elle Magazine in a September interview that allegations the split was caused by her desire to see him retire had sexist overtones. ‘Obviously, I have my concerns. This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present,’ she explained.Â
‘I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for (them). He needs to follow his joy, too.’Â
Tom followed with his own, stating, ‘We arrived at this decision to end our marriage after much consideration. Doing so is, of course, painful and difficult, like it is for many people who go through the same thing every day around the world.’Â
The couple share custody of their two children, Vivian and Benjamin. Tom also has a third son John, 15, from his relationship with Bridget Moynahan. They are shown in February 2022, after he announced he was retiring – but he changed his mind a month later
