The 36th annual ARIA Awards are well underway at Sydney‘s Hordern Pavilion.

The biggest names in Australian music and entertainment stepped out in style for the ceremony on Thursday, with  Christian Wilkins leading the star-studded pack.

The socialite did his best to steal the show in one of his typically flamboyant ensembles.

The reality star bared his torso in an open floral blazer and added even more sparkle to the look with a pair of sequinned pants. 

He was joined by his TV legend father, Richard Wilkins, but the pair looked world’s apart with Richard opting for a classic suit. 

The Weekend Today co-host opted for a traditionally tailored suit with an open collar and crisp white shirt, but did add a touch of flair with an oversized flower broach. 

Meanwhile Natalie Imbruglia, who has returned to Australia to host the event, was sure to command attention in an oversized blazer dress with statement sleeves. 

Keeping all eyes on her, the Torn hitmaker, 47, added golden heels and red spotted pocket square.

She kept her brown hair long and loose in gentle waves while opting for a glamourous make-up look.

Elsewhere, Today show reporter Brooke Bone kept things cool and understated by donning a slinky charcoal grey dress that clung to her figure.

Also in attendance was former Wiggles member Emma Watkins. The kids entertainer looked a world away from her usual child-friendly and colourful attire in a sleek white and silver gown with chunky strapped heels and a flowery headband
