Francesca, a trackside commentator for ITV Racing in Britain and Australia’s Channel 10, announced the news on Instagram on Monday.

She shared a photo of herself cradling her newborn in his nursery, and wrote: ‘One week to the hour of you, Teddy George Johnson. Utterly delicious in every way.’

Francesca had announced she was expecting a child with Max, 38, a businessman and Ironman triathlete, back in December.

‘We’re thrilled,’ she told The Mail on Sunday at the time.

The thoroughbred expert was previously married to Australian polo player Rob Archibald, the father of her son Harry, from 2014 to 2018.

During their marriage, the couple attempted to juggle their lives on either side of the planet – a challenge that intensified after Francesca was hired by Britain’s ITV.

That meant her spending eight months in Britain during the racing season and four months in Australia, where she was a commentator for Channel Seven.

At the time of their split, a friend said that despite the break-up relations between Francesca and Rob were ‘perfectly amicable’.

Following their separation, Francesca moved on with fellow ITV racing commentary team member Oli Bell.

However, the pair called it quits after two years of dating.

Her relationship with Max became public knowledge last September, and news of her pregnancy emerged just three months later.

Francesca, who is the daughter of Italian horse trainer and breeder Luca Cumani, signed a five-year deal worth $1 million with Channel 10 in 2019, after the network took over the Spring Carnival broadcast rights from Seven.
