Ed Sheeran proved himself to be the nicest guy in music again on Thursday.

The Shape of You singer, 32, was more than happy to stop and take selfies with fans on Thursday when he arrived in Perth on his Mathematics Tour.

Ed, who is currently touring capital cities in Australia, was all smiles as she was swarmed by a number of fans eager to get a photo with the award-winning musician.

Ed kept look low-key for the outing, opting to blend into the background in a Mushroom Records t-shirt and olive green shorts.

The Bad Habits hitmaker completed his look with a trucker cap and a pair of sneakers as he exited the terminal and made his way to an awaiting car.

Once there, Ed continued signing autographs and posing for photos, proving himself every inch a bonafide star.

Ed is scheduled to play Optus Stadium on Sunday, March 12.

It comes just days after the British superstar stopped into the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Adelaide on Tuesday and brought his guitar.

A delighted group of patients, their families and staff gathered around for an acoustic set with the singer.

He also hopped into a number of selfies with his eager fans during the visit, and was gifted handmade cards and bracelets from the patients.

Ed told Adelaide Now that he ‘genuinely found a lot of enjoyment’ from visiting the sick children.

‘I’ve done it since the beginning of my career and I feel like it’s a really powerful gift to be able to come in and make someone smile,’ he said.

‘Who am I to say that I shouldn’t be using that every single day. I was speaking to my wife about it, it’s like, if you have the ability to do that, it should be utilised because you’re given that for a reason,’ Ed added.
