But Darren wasn’t impressed with Jarrod’s role as project manager and accused him of being a ‘narcissist’.

Earlier in the episode, Darren said: ‘The annoying thing is that because of Jarrod’s narcissism, we’re probably going to be in the boardroom now and we’re going to lose a valued member of our team.’

He then confronted Jarrod, saying: ‘Mate listen everything was late, everything rocked up cold. You talked a big game.’

‘You were like, “I’ve f***ing got this, I’ve got hospitality experience, you were s*** last week”, and I’m like “fine go for it mate” and I backed you,’ he said.

Scott responded: ‘If that’s the way it is, that’s fine but..’

‘No it’s actually not fine. Why is that fine? I don’t want any of these guys to go,’ Darren interrupted.

‘If you let me explain, if you listen to the project manager and let me explain something,’ Scott continued.

‘Mate you’ve been nothing but talking and telling other people to shut up,’ Darren said.

Scott explained: ‘My job is to delegate. And this is what happens in hospitality.’
