One to watch: Coronation Street star Mollie Gallagher is the fifth celebrity to sign up for the new series of Dancing on Ice set to air on ITV in January 2023

The actress – who plays Nina Lucas on the ITV soap – revealed she’d been seeking advice from her Corrie co-stars, saying: ‘I’ll be getting all the tips I can because I’m going to need it!’

Last year, the talented star scooped Best Serial Drama Performance at the National Television Awards after gripping viewers with the hate crime storyline alongside her on-screen boyfriend d Seb Franklin  – played by Harry Visinoni.

While the soap did forewarn viewers that the scenes would be distressing, some fans were upset enough to make an official complaint to Ofcom regarding the harrowing portrayal.
