Now the hunky Hollywood actor, 39, has jumped straight back on the surf board to hit the waves near his home at Byron Bay.
Flaunting his bulging muscles as he stripped down to swim trunks on Friday, the Thor actor got in some father-son time as he stepped out with his twin sons.
Sasha and Tristan Hemsworth, eight, attentively listened to their father as they helped him unload the surfboards after slipping into their respective wet suits.
Meanwhile, Hemsworth showed off his muscular back as he reached into the tray of his truck to pull out the family belongings.
