Cher, 76, CONFIRMS relationship with toyboy producer beau, 36, as she brushes off trolls

Cher has confirmed her relationship with toyboy music producer Alexander Edwards on Twitter on Saturday as she shared a snap of her beau alongside a heart emoji.

The hitmaker, 76, revealed she is treated ‘like a queen’ by her 36-year-old beau as she gushed about him in a series of messages.   

The singer, who has already introduced Alexander to her family, shrugged off the 40 year age gap and said: ‘Love doesn’t know math.’

A fan asked her to confirm the relationship which she did with a series of emojis and added that they first met during Paris Fashion Week last month.

The announcement comes after the couple were seen holding hands at Hollywood restaurant Craig’s earlier this week.

Alexander is best known for having been in a relationship with Kanye West’s ex Amber Rose, 39, with whom he shares three-year-old son Slash Electric Alexander Edwards.

Back in August, Amber accused the producer of having affairs with 12 different people and he later took to social media to admit cheating on her.

However Cher ignored fans concerns by saying: ‘I’m in love, not blinded by it’. 

The glamour model and former stripper also has a nine-year-old son Sebastian with rapper Wiz Khalifa, 35.

In August, Amber took to Instagram to air her grievances in a statement that began with: ‘I’m tired of getting cheated on and being embarrassed behind the scenes.

‘All 12 of y’all bums (the ones that I know of there’s probably more) can have him’ she continued. ‘Y’all very much knew he was in a relationship with a baby and y’all decided to f**k him anyway. I saw all the texts and DM’s. Y’all were well aware but y’all don’t owe me any loyalty so it’s whatever.’

Several days later, Alexander confessed to cheating and said that though he ‘loved her’ infidelity was was his ‘true nature.’

Alexander is the Vice President of the Artists and Repertoire department of music company Def Jam, who has artists like Rihanna, Justin Bieber, 2 Chainz, DMX and Jhene Aiko in its signings.

From Oakland, California, Alexander was born in 1986 and once made an appearance on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Cher is twice divorced and has son, Chaz Bono, 53, with her late ex-husband Sonny Bono who died in 1998 at age 62 from injuries sustained after hitting a tree while skiing. 

She was later married from 1975 to 1978 to late singer Gregg Allman who died in 2017 at age 69. Cher and Gregg had son Elijah Blue Allman, 46, together.

Cher has previously said she dates younger men – after dating Ron Zimmerman, who is 12 years her junior, Tom Cruise, when he was 23 and she was 38, and Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora, who is 13 years younger than her.
