Over on her Instagram Stories, Catherine uploaded a short clip of her tiny tot attempting to paddle through water while being help up by her father.

Telling her fans of the happy news of her daughter’s birth in April, Catherine wrote on Instagram: ”We are so happy to announce that our beautiful daughter has arrived.

‘We are grateful beyond words and feel overjoyed that our family is complete.’

Catherine and Tom had a whirlwind romance, and after only four months of dating discovered they were expecting their son Alfie.

Speaking to Notebook magazine, the actress said that meeting Tom ‘was so, so out of the blue. I’m dead lucky. He ticks every box’.

Of their surprise pregnancy, she admitted ‘it was a shock for us but we were both ready. The fact that I wasn’t nervous about telling him proved a point in my head that he was the right guy for me.’
