Cara Delevingne has told of her shock at being asked to take her underwear off as she arrived at a very hands on masturbation seminar.

The actress and model, 30, attended the class as part of her Hulu docu-series Planet Sex, which explores questions about human sexuality.

Cara revealed that some of the experiences on the show were more explorative than others, as she detailed the session which made her feel like a ‘prude’.

‘Instead, it was a pink, leather gym mat on the floor, with six people going, ‘Well, take your underwear off. This is the lube.”

She added: ‘I didn’t realise I was a prude. I think I’m a pretty hip, young, cool, down-with-anything kind of girl but I was like, ‘Sorry what? Sorry, no, absolutely not, I will not do that.’ But I kind of did everything I felt comfortable doing.’

Cara, who was passionately involved in the project, admitted she was constantly surprised by the places filming took her.

‘Since landing the presenting gig, which is somewhat out of her comfort zone, Cara has been learning more about those who are playing with gender as part of their art and performances.
