Tiffani Thiessen looked to be in great spirits this week as she went mattress shopping with her husband Brady Smith, 50, on Monday in Santa Monica, California.

The 48-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 star and her husband of 17 years smiled and laughed as they laid down on a BeautyRest Black mattress to test it out.

The couple married in 2005 and share two children — daughter Harper, 12, and son Holt, age seven.

The star modeled a camel-colored vest over a simple gray tee shirt that was tied at the sleeves.

She wore dark jeans distressed at the knees and finished off the look with a simple pair of gray sneakers.

Her husband sported matching gray jeans and a canary yellow sweatshirt for their outing.

In 2020, the peppy cheerleader revisited the halls of Bayside and reunited with her costars in a Saved By The Bell reboot series, exclusively on Peacock. Despite largely positive reviews, the reboot ended after two seasons.

In the past decade, the actress has rebranded as a foodie and created a cookbook — Pull Up a Chair: Recipes from My Family to Yours — in 2018.

She also stars on a Cooking Channel show aptly titled Dinner at Tiffani’s.

Earlier this month, Thiessen spoke to CafeMom about juggling and finding a work-life balance. ‘It’s definitely a challenge to balance everything,’ she said. ‘Some days are easier than others.’

The working mom described herself as ‘very type A’ and loves to make lists and schedules.

She said she manages to find the balance with a proper routine and a solid support system — and the occasional glass of wine at night. ‘I have that glass of wine before bed. It’s kind of my dessert — my ice cream cone, right?’

‘It’s never a quick thing.’ The foodie mom said she always prioritizes making home-cooked meals and enjoying them with the family. ‘Food is very important to me and how I raise my kids.’

Despite having it all under control, she finds herself overwhelmed sometimes like every other mother out there.

Thiessen said: ‘There are still days when I’m super stressed and it’s a lot of, ‘How am I gonna get to the soccer game?’ and ‘How am I gonna get to the swim meet?’ and ‘What time am I gonna be done with work?’ and ‘Am I gonna get dinner on the table?’ — all those things that working moms think about and go through.’

When asked how she deals with the stress, the Alexa & Katie star explained: ‘I always try to take it as it comes, and with tons of help.’

‘I lean on my husband a lot, as much as he leans on me,’ she added. ‘I also lean on my parents. Thankfully, they live not too far from us, and they’re hugely helpful with my children.’

Thiessen also spoke about her career pivot into the foodie world. Her drive is largely due to mere passion, she explained, unlike just trying to make money in her 20s.

‘Food has always been a huge passion of mine. I grew up in a family where all the women were very much in the kitchen cooking.’

She further elaborated: ‘And I just loved how as I got older, food was kind of that bridge — that people could really enjoy each other’s company through breaking bread and having a drink and some food.’

The Saved By The Bell alumna also revealed she just finished her second cookbook. A release date has not yet been announced, but the book is anticipated to be out in stores next year.

‘I just love what food can do with people. It really brings everyone together.”
