Are Dr Chris Brown and Sarah Harris headed for The Project? Speculation is rife that Channel Ten is keen on the pair’s ‘major star power’ after Carrie Bickmore’s exit

Dr Chris Brown and Sarah Harris could become The Project’s next big stars, according to speculation. 

Channel Ten is keen on the pair and their ‘major star power’, a new report claimed on Monday. 

Since the departure of Carrie Bickmore, The Project has a wide open position for a hot new panelist or two.

‘Sarah has always wanted Dr Chris to co-host Studio 10 with her. She thinks that would really drum up the ratings,’ an alleged source told Now To Love. 

‘But now Carrie has left [The Project], there’s been no better time to jump ship into the evenings.’

The source continued: ‘And of course she’s had her eyes on The Project for some time.

The magazine says that Chris, who has sat in on The Project desk before, may well be free as his show The Living Room has been shelved till 2023. 

‘While he’s sad to say goodbye to The Living Room for now, this could be the push he needs. He’s grown tired of reality TV and is looking for something more’ the alleged source explained.

Carrie, 41, announced her departure from The Project after 12 years on air earlier this month. 

She will leave will leave Channel 10 altogether after she finishes up next month, making her next career move unclear. 

There is also speculation that Carrie could exit her Carrie & Tommy radio show alongside Tommy Little.
