Amanda Holden and Ashley Roberts wear near-identical plaid outfits as they leave Global Radio

Amanda Holden and Ashley Roberts were almost twinning on Monday as they stepped out in near-identical outfits. 

The pair wore matching plaid blazers and miniskirts as they left the Global Radio studios in central London after their Heart FM Breakfast Show. 

Amanda, 51, looked incredible in a pink number while Pussycat Doll Ashley, 41, turned heads in a chic neon green set.

Amanda stunned in her two-piece set, which featured a pale pink and red design.  

She teamed the look with a pale pink turtle neck sweater and cream suede boots, and a matching beige YSL handbag. 

Amanda wore her long locks out and over her shoulders, neatly straightened.

Ashley meanwhile opted for a more edgy look in her neon green and pink ensemble, teaming it with a black sweater, stockings and boots. 

She accessorised with a black Balenciaga handbag and black cat-eye sunglasses and wore her short locks back and off her face in a low ponytail. 

The duo, who have described themselves as ‘family’ in the past, appeared to channel iconic character Cher Horowitz from 1995’s hit film, Clueless.

Ashley previously told OK magazine about working with Amanda and their co-host Jamie Theakston, saying they’re like a ‘family’ and ‘giggle’ a lot at work.

‘The great thing is, I know that when I step into that building, I’m with people I’m going to have a laugh with,’ she explained.

‘Every morning we giggle. Sometimes my cheeks are so sore because we’re just laughing so much – on air and off air.’

She added: ‘That family unit is really special. I didn’t expect that when I started radio. I felt like an imposter! But having them around makes everything much better.’
