Gisele’s Bündchen’s new man is no stranger to dating A-list superstars and has been previously linked to Elle Macpherson, Gwyneth Paltrow and Molly Simms.
It was exclusively revealed by Dailymail.com on Thursday that Bündchen was cuddling up to billionaire Jeffrey Soffer, 55, who is a longtime friend of her ex-husband Tom Brady.
The former husband of Elle Macpherson, who is worth $2.2 billion, is rumored to have been secretly seeing the model ‘once a week’ as they both live near each other on the exclusive Indian Creek neighborhood, where even Ivanka Trump resides.
But what else is known about the billionaire, who inherited his wealth from his real estate developer father credited with turning Florida into a party playground?

In 1967, Soffer’s father Donald, now 90, bought an undeveloped plot of marshland in Miami-Dade County for $6million.
The area was originally named Turnberry – the name of the family business – but was later changed to the Spanish word Aventura, which means adventure.
After clearing the swamp, he originally only intended to build a luxury mall, Aventura. But after seeing the land he dreamed of building an upper-class city that was close to Miami – all of which he drew on a cocktail napkin, according to Biscayne Times.
Donald went on to construct office buildings and condos, a golf course, a resort, and a country club on the site, building an empire and one of the most affluent municipalities in Florida.
‘Without him, there would not be a City of Aventura,’ former Mayor Jeff Perlow told the Biscayne Times in 2012.
The mall, one of best in the US, was popular before it even launched in April 1983.
Clothing store Lord & Taylor hosted a black tie event that cost couples $1,000 to attend and raised $125,000 for Mount Sinai before the mall officially opened to shoppers, according to the Biscayne Times.
By October, the first Macy’s in South Florida opened inside the mall and other popular chains like JC Penney’s and Sears followed suit.
Aventura Mall quickly outpaced nearby shopping centers and is now one of the top-grossing malls.
The Turnberry Isle Resort was also a hit with Florida’s richest and most prominent, becoming a playground for famous celebrities and high-profile people.
‘You invite celebrities, you give them free room and board, and you create a celebrity image,’ Donald told the Herald in 2012.
Of the many famous faces to have relaxed and partied at the resort, include: OJ Simpson, Ted Kennedy, Gerald Ford, Elton John, Bill Cosby, Elizabeth Taylor, and Madonna, among others.

The Aventura Mall (pictured), one of the top malls in the US, was quite popular before it even open in April 1983
But the resort became shrouded in controversy after the Herald claimed it had a drug problem and was filled with ‘shady celebrities, models, drug traffickers.’
After the controversy, the family changed course and created a more family-friendly image.
Donald also created the family business Turnberry Associates, which has developed $10billion of commercial and residential property.
In the late 1990s, the company was passed on to his children Jeffrey and Jackie, who now are co-CEOs and co-chairs of the company.
Jackie was put in charge of the mall, while Jeffrey was responsible for new condo developments.
Jeffrey became the new face of the company, where he started worked at 17. The college drop-out, who once owned Champion Marine boat dealership and was into powerboat racing, helped transform the company for the new generation.
‘Sure, my dad helped me. He started me in the business,’ the nepo baby previously told South Florida CEO. ‘But I took it to a whole different level.’
The patriarch had sold the resort in 1988, but Jeffrey repurchased it in 2005. He invested $150million to refurbish the property, according to Biscayne Times.
That same year, Jeffrey also purchased the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami for $325million.

He has also been linked to Gwyneth Paltrow (pictured together in 2008), who reportedly tried to stop a Vanity Fair profile on her from printing as it alleged she had an affair with Jeffrey

Jeffrey married Elle in 2013 after dating for four years and the pair divorced in 2017.
They married in Fiji in 2013 and had five children between them – two from Macpherson’s previous marriage to French financier Arpad Busson, 60, and three from Jeffery’s prior relationship.
In 2016, Elle told Stellar they each parented their own children and that the model didn’t believe in ‘telling him how to raise his kids.’
‘We have a deep respect for each other’s profound commitment to parenting, so we would both probably say that the children come first,’ Elle said.
She added: ‘And that means, at times, that we are separated because of where the kids are and it takes quite a mature person to allow each other to do what we need to do in our families’ lives.’
He has also been linked to Gwyneth Paltrow, who reportedly tried to stop a Vanity Fair profile on her from printing as it alleged she had an affair with Jeffrey.
The article proposed that the pair had an affair in 2008, prior to him dating Elle, while Gwyneth was still married to Coldplay front-man Chris Martin.
They met after Jeffrey flew the actress to the Fontainebleau hotel for a party, where he reportedly whisked her away in his Bentley and took her on his yacht during her stay.
However, Gwyneth’s representatives blew off the allegations and claimed that Jeffrey was a ‘long-time friend.’
‘He flew several friends down to Miami, not just Gwyneth,’ her representative said at the time.
He was also linked to model Molly Simms and the pair were pictured together at a New Year’s Eve party in 2009 at Blade Restaurant inside the Fontainebleau hotel.

Jeffrey purchased the hotel (pictured) in 2005. The hotel was the top Miami resort, hosting many A-list celebrities, like Usher and Mariah Carey, and was even the spot for one of the Victoria’s Secret fashion shows

The magnificent hotel was built on tire magnate Harvey Firestone’s mansion site in 1952. Hotelier Ben Novack purchased the land for $2.3million and dreamed of building the most magnificent hotel in the world.
Two years later, it opened its doors to the public and became the most luxurious and largest hotel to be found in South Florida.
With its oceanfront views, prime location on Millionaire’s Row, and the 17,000-square-foot lobby of dreams, the Fontainebleau offered a luxurious stay.
Throughout the 1950s and 60s, the hotel was the top Miami resort and hosted many celebrities from Elvis Presley to Judy Garland.
Jeffrey purchased the hotel in 2005 and shut its doors for 2.5 years to make vast improvements.
After its $1billion renovation, it went on to host many A-list celebrities, such as Usher and Mariah Carey – and even hosted a Victoria’s Secret fashion show.
In 2012, the hotel was given the Top Building in Florida award by the American Institute of Architects after 2.4million people voted for it.
The Soffer family was named one of the richest families in American in 2015 – but lost the title a year later
In 2015, the family was worth $2.2billion, according to Forbes, who named them one of America’s Richest Families. They were listed at number 122.
However, the family lost their spot a year later in 2016.
The same year, Jeffrey officially joined the billionaire’s list at age 47.
He purchased a plot of land right next to his property in Indian Creek – where many A-list celebs are, including Giselle – from his sister in 2020
It was revealed in November that Giselle secretly purchased an $11.5million mansion directly across from Tom Brady’s before their divorce was finalized.
Jeffrey purchased 26 Indian Creek Road from his sister in 2020 for $17million, according to the Real Deal. She had listed the property in 2017 for just under $30million.
He already owned the plot next door, which is estimated to be worth nearly $39million.
He lives only a stone-throw away from Giselle, as they rub elbows with the likes of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, among others.
