Ola and James Jordan have given an inside look at their daughter Ella’s lavish third birthday party with Disney-themed snacks and a white bouncy castle.
Former Strictly Come Dancing stars Ola, 40, and James, 44, went all out for their little girl’s birthday over the weekend, and even hired a party planner to make sure everything was perfect for their only child.
The pair took to Instagram to reveal all the detail that was considered in Ella’s party, including the goodie bags, Frozen-themed food and a gorgeous birthday cake.
James wrote to his 256,000 followers on Instagram on Monday: ‘I can’t quite believe our baby is 3 years old! She is our everything!
‘And Ella is the main reason we both wanted to be healthier and fitter. We didn’t want to be struggling to keep up with her running round the playground. Or even just lifting her up!

Ola also posted her own range of snaps from the special celebrations, penning a gushing message to her little girl with her 333,000 followers.
Both Ola and James attributed their incredible weight loss journey to Ella, who ‘inspired us’ and was the ‘main reason we both wanted to be healthier and fitter’.
The dancer added: ‘She is literally my “mini me” and is everything to both of us.
‘And Ella is the main reason we both wanted to be healthier and fitter. We didn’t want to be struggling to keep up with her running round the playground. Or even just lifting her up!’

Ella was surrounded by her friends who all got seated at a big horseshoe table layout and her dad James tucked the chair in.
The little girl looked over the moon with the blue, purple and white displays which included plenty of balloons, shimmering backdrops and cardboard cut-outs of characters from her favourite film.
Even Ola looked impressed with the set-up as in a video montage posted to her social media profile, her jaw dropped as she entered the room with James and Ella.
Ella also got specially made-up with some glitter on her cheeks as he sat in a special high-chair while an artist painted her face.

It comes after Ola and James spoke out about their daughter’s health troubles after she struggled to hear properly.
Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola and fellow twinkle-toed star James welcomed three-year-old Ella to the world in 2020.
And last year the couple were concerned after Ella battled a chronic ear infection, leading her to undergo a series of tests.
Updating fans, James and Ola wrote their Hello! magazine column: ‘The test showed her left ear isn’t anything to worry about. Her right ear definitely has glue ear.
‘They don’t want to put grommets in at the moment so they’re going to check her again in about three months and see how it is.’
Glue ear is when the empty middle part of the ear canal fills up with fluid which can cause temporary hearing loss, according to the NHS.
While it usually clears up within three months, it is recommended the advice of a GP is sought if hearing problems are experienced.
Recently, James spoke out about his strong stance on how Ella defends herself against others in the world.
He said he is adamant his daughter learns to hit back if someone hits her first.
In a new interview James recalled Ella being hit by another little boy while at a soft play and how he handled the situation.
He told Hello! magazine: ‘I said to her, “Listen, it was really naughty that that boy hit. We never ever hit, ever.” “But”, I said, “If someone hits you, you hit them back”.
‘I believe in this strongly. I know they don’t teach that at school. I saw the other mums look at me as if to say, “Oh, you can’t say that”. But it’s something I believe in strongly; it’s the only way you stand up to bullies.
‘If you get hit, and someone keeps hitting you and hitting you, what do you do? Do you go and tell the teacher, who does nothing?
‘So I will be teaching Ella to never hit. If she ever hits anyone, I will be disciplining her really toughly – but if someone hits her first, she hits them back so they never hit her again. And I believe in that.’
James believes in the mantra so much that he says he doesn’t care about any ‘backlash’ from ‘woke people’ because ‘no one can tell me how to bring up my child’.

Ola said that she was ‘cringing’ when James was talking to Ella as they could be overheard.
However, she does ‘understand’ because she wants her child to stand up for herself.
James added that other people could rely on finding an adult in similar situations but that ‘if someone hits my child, she can hit them straight back’.
He said he was against physical violence but that he firmly believed if you are attacked you should defend yourself and that this is something children should learn from an early age.
