TV and radio presenter Yumi Stynes enjoyed a fun day at Bondi Beach with her son on Tuesday.

After a fun day at the beach, the Channel [V] alum relaxed on the sand before packing up her belongings and heading home.
The sighting follows reports Stynes may be forced to confront her ex-husband in court following his decision to fight a proposed restraining order brought by police.
Stynes was at Bondi with her two youngest children again last Wednesday afternoon after the case was mentioned briefly at Downing Centre Local Court.

Her former husband Martin Bendeler had instructed a solicitor to indicate he would oppose a police application for an apprehended violence order.
If the matter goes to hearing it would pit Stynes and Bendeler against each other and likely require they give evidence in front of a magistrate.
An interim AVO was imposed on December 20 after Stynes allegedly told police she had fears for her safety. That came 14 months after she announced the couple’s split.

Under the terms of the order, Bendeler must not assault, threaten, stalk, harass or intimidate Stynes, damage her property or harm any pet she owns.
He has not been accused of doing any of those things and was not present when the interim order was approved.
Bendeler is a former adviser on environment and aid policy with the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and has worked with UNESCO.

Stynes announced her separation from Bendeler, her second husband, in October 2021 after almost a decade of marriage.
They married in 2012 and they share two children.
It is understood the former couple was trying to co-parent their children until Stynes, who co-hosts a radio show on KIIS FM, made a complaint to police.
