A young Ukrainian refugee found in the police raid on Andrew Tate’s online sex business defends the controversial influencer and his inappropriate behaviour, insisting ‘he is not like that in real life’.
Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested earlier this week in their luxury Bucharest compound as part of ongoing investigation into rape claims and human trafficking claims.
However, 22-year-old Ukrainian refugee, Lisa, who lives in Tate’s house along with his personal assistant and two female Romanian TikTok personalities, has now come out and denied allegations that any of them were involved in pornographic videos.
‘Everything the police have said is not true, I know them [Tate and his brother, Tristan] and they could not do this.Â
Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested on suspicion of rape and human trafficking. On Friday a Romanian Court announced they will be remanded in custody for 30 days
‘The girls who live here do not have to do anything. They are good girls’, she told The Times.Â
Romanian persecutors claim the  brothers allegedly recruited the women on social media platforms and persuaded them to travel to his £600,000 home.
It is believed that the women were lured with the pretence of romance before they were forced to perform in online phonographic videos under violent threats.Â
The women, including an American citizen, were allegedly held at the property with employees shadowing their every move before as they were forced to take part in the acts.Â
The young refugee who worked in marketing for a Ukrainian estate agency me the Tate brothers around thee years ago at a party in Kiyv. Here she was told that Tate’s involvement in the online sex industry was in the past.

Lisa added:Â ‘They have so much money. They cannot make so much money from video [sex] chats.’
She claims to have been residing in a £300,000 semi-detached house in a gated community called American Village for a month after escaping the war. But was then invited by the brothers to stay in their property.Â
Lisa was in disbelief that the police would hold the allegations against Tate and believes there is no solid proof against him and his brother. She said:Â Â ‘Andrew acts like that, in a bad way on the videos, for show. He is not like that in real life.’
Tate’s initial period in custody was extended from 24 hours to 30 days, but his lawyer Eugen Constantin Vidineac is going to appeal this decision by the judge.
