Trinny Woodall shared a rather candid post on Instagram on Friday, revealing she’s had a ‘very long, draining and emotional week’.
The fashion expert and beauty entrepreneur made the admission ahead of doing an at-home workout that would help her feel ‘stretched, pulled apart and cardioed (sic)’.
Trinny shared a video of her workout with fans and chatted away, writing in her caption that she’s been ‘exhausted’ lately.
‘Been a very long, draining emotional week. Feeling exhausted, full of cold but also in a place of making changes which gives me focus,’ she explained.
‘How has your week gone? What are you thinking about that’s worrying you?’
‘Feeling exhausted’: Trinny Woodall admitted on Friday that she’s had a ‘very long, draining and emotional week’ in a candid post – before doing a mix of Pilates and cardio to de-stress
Underneath her post, Trinny received some encouragement and support from fans, with one writing: ‘You work SO hard Trinny. And then there’s life that one has to deal with. It is a lot.’
They added: ‘Please take care of yourself. Put yourself first a few minutes a day if you need to. You are amazing.’
Trinny said she was doing a mix of Pilates and cardio for her workout to help her feel better.
‘CARDIOLATES and it is rather magnificent as you’re going to feel stretched, pulled apart and cardioed (inventing words, left right and centre here),’ she said.
In the video, she worked out and flashed her toned figure in a bright pink crop top and high-waisted leggings.
Last month, Trinny looked incredible in tight gymwear as she slapped her underarms with bamboo sticks during a martial arts tutorial with a hunky trainer.
In her caption, she wrote: ‘I have the biggest treat for you. If you are feeling tired and sluggish with no energy this is going to change your day.
‘Arron is back in the house!!! @qigongwitharron – if You have never tried Chi gong Yoo Ah in for a treat because it’s going to give you an incredible energy and make you feel calm at the same time.

Trinny recently filed blockbuster accounts for her beauty brand Trinny London, with turnover soaring to more than £50million.
Unlike Victoria Beckham and Stella McCartney, who both filed reports detailing losses in recent weeks, the former TV presenter’s six-year-old business appears to be in rude health.

Makeover guru: Trinny recently filed blockbuster accounts for her beauty brand Trinny London, with turnover soaring to more than £50million
According to documents filed at Companies House, the cosmetics company clocked up £27.3million of sales in the UK, £6.3million in Europe and £16.9million in the rest of the world.
But despite the enviable headline news, just £45,520 of net profit is recorded for the financial year, as the company records ‘administrative expenses’ of £30million.
That means the business owes just £810,000 in tax for the year up to March 2022.
The company was set up by Trinny in 2017 with £7million of investment: some from her wealthy art collector boyfriend Charles Saatchi, plus £60,000 she raised herself by selling off her old clothes.
