On Wednesday Bucs center Robert Hainsey revealed that is just want he and the rest of Tampa’s o-line wants.

‘Everyone can call it what they want, but I want nothing else from a quarterback than that — than the guy who’s wanting to tell us what we need to do and step up,’ Hainsey said.

‘You’re so much better than the way you’re f***ing playing,’ Brady was picked up saying by the FOX television cameras.

Not all audio could be heard from the footage but Brady did drop another f-bomb in his angry talk at his teammates.

He returned to the NFL after a brief off-season retirement and some have speculated that the couple’s issue involves Brady’s decision to U-turn.

‘It’s all good,’ he said. ‘I think I have a great rapport with my teammates, and they know the only reason I’m doing it is to try and motivate them and get us to a higher level.  If I don’t feel like we’re playing up to the expectations that we’re capable of then that’s my job.

‘I’m the one out there speaking in the huddle, calling the plays, that’s what my job is. I’m going to try and get us going and try to rally us.

‘There’s a lot of ways of doing it and sometimes it’s some positive encouragement, sometimes it’s getting on people and trying to raise the level, the sense of urgency and raising my voice and trying to create a different vibration for the whole offense.’

Tampa’s offensive line has been through a massive restructuring throughout the offseason.

After having three starters named to the pro bowl in Ryan Jensen, Tristan Wirfs, and Ali Marpet. Marpet retired after the season, Jensen suffered a knee injury at the start of training camp, and fellow former starter Alex Cappa signed with the Cincinatti Bengals in free agency.

The Bucs’ pass blocking win rate has gone from 57.9 percent in 2021 to 49.7 percent in 2022, according to ESPN.

Brady has only been sacked nine times this year but has had to release the ball at a much quicker rate due to the amount of pressure he has been facing from opposing defenses.

Brady’s biggest weakness throughout his career has been when facing pressure through the middle of the offensive line, something which defenses have finally been able to capitalize on.
