TMZ was tipped off to Amber Heard filing a restraining order against Johnny Depp at LA court

TMZ expected Amber Heard to ‘stop and turn and display her bruise’ when she got her restraining order against Johnny Depp, a former employee of the gossip site told the court.

Morgan Tremaine, a former field assignment manager with TMZ, said that he dispatched photographers to get pictures of the actress at the court in LA in May 2016 after they were tipped off.

He said: ‘The objective was to capture her leaving the courthouse and she was going to stop and turn to the camera and display the bruise.’

While Tremaine did not reveal the source of the tip that Heard would be there, he said that it came from a news producer meaning that it would have been verified.

Heard has testified that she was shocked to see photographers outside the court after a judge awarded her a restraining order against Depp.

The court has previously heard claims that Heard’s team leaked the video of Depp smashing up his kitchen to TMZ.

While Tremaine did not confirm this, he said that the video sent to TMZ was shorter than the one shown to the jury.

In the version TMZ received from its anonymous tip line, there was not the part where Heard was ‘sniggering at the camera’, Tremaine said.

Asked by Elaine Bredehoft, one of Heard’s lawyers, if Tremaine was only giving evidence to get his ’15 minutes of fame’, he said he stood ‘to gain nothing from this.’

He said: ‘I’m putting myself in the target of TMZ, a very litigious organization. I could say the same thing as taking Amber Heard as a client. I find that to be purely logical.’

Bredehoft looked taken aback while Depp’s legal team laughed.

A forensic photo expert testifying for Depp cast doubt on the authenticity of some of the photos of Heard’s injuries that have been used at the trial.

Bryan Neumeister said that many of the photos showing Heard’s injuries had been through an editing program.

The metadata showed that the images were last modified by Apple editing software called Photos 1.5 or Photos 3.0, a later version of the program.

One photo showed Heard with a bruise on her arm while others showed injuries to her face.

Neumeister said: ‘This could not come out of an iPhone, it would go into a computer and be edited.

‘In a photo editing app you can do a lot of things.’

Neumeister added that the photos were not ‘anywhere near an original’.

Neumeister showed the court three versions of the arm bruise photo which were each different sizes.

He said that ‘forensically they don’t match’ and there is ‘no way to authenticate any photo’.

The images ‘had to go through some type of transformation to change sizes’, Neumeister testified.

Depp was cross examined by Heard’s lawyer Benjamin Rottenborn who asked him about his claims regarding being punched on his honeymoon.

The court was shown photos posted on social media the day before Depp and Heard got on the Orient Express in July 2015.

They showed Depp with a mark below his left eye, the same eye that he says Heard hit him on during the trip, Rottenborn said.

Rottenborn said that the dark mark was the same

Depp protested that a ‘side light’ would create such an effect.

Rottenborn pointed out the photos – showing Depp holding a baby – were not taken from the side.

Depp claims: ‘Light on the side will cause (eye) bone to appear sunken.’

Rottenborn said: ‘Whatever mark it is, sunburn, shadow, you had that same mark before you got on the train’

Depp shot back: ‘It’s pretty difficult to get a sunburn on the train.’

The court was shown another copy of the photo of Depp on board the Orient Express posted on Facebook.

Depp claims: ‘That looks like the eyes have been photoshopped.’

Turning to the incident in Australia, Rottenborn said that Depp was asking for cocaine and ecstasy ‘within minutes’ of being admitted to hospital.

Depp said he ‘didn’t recall that’ but the court was shown texts he sent to his personal assistant asking for ‘more whitey stuff’ and ‘e business.’ Depp conceded that referred to cocaine and ecstasy.

As the testimony went on Depp became more testy and at times laughed derisively to Rottenborn.

Rottenborn read out a quote from an interview Depp gave in which he said: ‘If I’m angry I have to lash out, I’m going to do it and I don’t care what the repercussions are. Anger doesn’t pay rent, it’s got to go, it’s got to be evicted.’

Depp claimed that it was ‘possibly about paparazzi.’

Rottenborn asked: ‘You also claimed that if you want to be with a woman sexually she’s rightfully yours?’

Depp said: ‘Repeat that please’. After Rottenborn did, Depp said: ‘That’s ludicrous.’

As Rottenborn asked to pull up another exhibit, Depp said: ‘You can pull up what you like but I’ve never said those words, there’s not enough hubris in me.’

‘I NEED. I WANT. I TAKE’.

Depp claimed it was ‘not anything I’ve said’ and suggested the texts were a fake as he claimed ‘you could have typed it up last night.’

The court was shown a text Depp sent his former agent Christian Carino on August 15, 2016, which spoke referred to Elon Must as ‘Mollusk’.

Musk and Heard dated for a year from May 2016, when she filed for divorce from Depp.

‘She’s begging for total global humiliation…She’s gonna get it….She sucked Mollusk’s crooked d**k and he gave her some s****y lawyers. I have no mercy, no fear and not an ounce of emotion or what I once thought was love for this gold digging, low level, dime a dozen, mushy, pointless, dangling overused flappy fishmarket….I’m so f**king happy she wants to go to fight this out!!!! She will hit the wall hard!!! And I cannot wait to have this waste of a c*m guzzler out of my life!!!’ Depp wrote.

He continued the gruesome text tp his agent.

‘I met a sublime little Russian here…which made me realize the time I blew on that 50 cent stripper…I wouldn’t touch her with a goddamn glove. I can only hope that karma kicks in and takes the gift of breath from her. Sorry man but NOW I will stop at nothing. Let’s see if mollusk has a pair. Come see me face to face. I’ll show him things he’s never seen before like the other side of his d*** when I slice it off.’

Asked if that was read right, Depp said yes.

‘Johnny never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs.’ Supermodel Kate Moss DENIES Amber Heard’s claim that her then-boyfriend Depp pushed her down stairs while on Jamaica trip as she appears via video at defamation trial

Kate Moss told Johnny Depp‘s $100million defamation trial that he never pushed her down the stairs.

Moss, appearing briefly via live video from Gloucestershire, England, said that while on vacation in Jamaica she slipped and Depp came to her aid.

Moss said that throughout the court of their relationship (1994-1998), ‘He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs.’

The famously-private model, who rarely discusses her personal life, shut down Heard’s claim the 58-year-old pushed Moss.

Heard opened the door to Moss’ testimony by claiming she feared Depp would push her sister down the stairs during a violent argument. According to Heard, there was a rumor that Depp had once done the same thing to Moss and it came to her mind.

Questioned by Depp’s attorney Benjamin Chew, Moss said, ‘We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did. There had been a rainstorm and as I left the room I slid down the stairs. I hurt my back. And I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened to me and I was in pain.

‘He came running back to help me, carried me to my room and got me medical attention.’

Both of them were notorious for their drink and drug use and became known as the ‘chicest, druggiest couple in LA.’

Among their favorite hangouts was the Viper Room in Los Angeles, which Depp owned, where they partied with the likes of Jared Leto, Keanu Reeves and Charlize Theron.

Moss later said that she ‘cried for years’ over the breakup, after which her drug use escalated and eventually led her to rehab.

After the testimony, a source close to Heard said, ‘So Johnny Depp didn’t abuse Kate Moss. That makes him 1 for 2 in the abuse column.’But, to date, he’s 0 for 1 in the courtroom on the central issue in this case back when he lost the same exact case in England. And when the jury deliberates over the singular issue in this case – whether Amber Heard can exercise her right of Freedom of Speech – he’ll be 0 for 2, no matter how much his lawyers try to distract and divert the jury’s attention.’
