TJ Holmes was seen leaving the GMA studios after an archived video goes viral of the anchor calling himself ‘a marriage proponent’ years before his affair with co-host Amy Robach.

Holmes was spotted outside the television headquarters in Time Square on Sunday while juggling two cell phones amid the resurfacing of a 2014 audition tape for ‘Entertainment Tonight‘ after DailyMail.com exposed his secret relationship with Robach.

The 45-year-old anchor has been married to his wife Marilee Fiebig since 2010, but the pair reportedly separated in August. Robach’s relationship with her husband Andrew Shue also ended around the same time.

In the audition video, Holmes talked about the importance of marriage and how everyone should tie the knot.

‘Marriage gets a bad rap so many times,’ Holmes previously said. ‘I’m such a marriage proponent,’ Holmes said. ‘I want everyone to get married. I think everybody should and I think you’re better off in doing so.’

Holmes and Fiebig share one daughter together.

Following the news about the affair between Holmes and Robach, it was revealed that Holmes had a three-year affair with one of the morning show’s married producers.

The relationship caused the end of former GMA producer Natasha Singh’s marriage to movie producer Garrett Braren, 43, whose credits include Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

Meanwhile, Holmes managed to salvage his own union to wife Marilee Fiebig.

The revelation of his long-standing infidelity goes a long way to explaining Holmes’s belated and gushing tenth anniversary Instagram tribute to his wife.

Posting in September 2020, a full six months after their anniversary in March when they were navigating the fallout of his affair, Holmes wrote, ‘This particular #decadechalleng is a little late but…10 years ago, Marilee Fiebig married me. And despite my best efforts, she remained married to me the past 10 years.

‘That’s not hyperbole, I’m not being dramatic. I gave her plenty of reasons, excuses, and opportunities to walk her fine a** out the doooooooor. But instead, with her built-in black woman superpower, she showed a grace and patience that’s incomprehensible.’

According to one well-placed source, ‘Natasha was a producer for GMA based in Los Angeles when she and T.J., a reporter, began their affair in 2016.’

Singh, 37, was the producer when Holmes traveled to LA to interview Jimmy Kimmel ahead of the Oscar’s in a segment that aired on GMA February 22, 2017.

She left the show the following year when she moved to CBS and Gayle King’s morning show, but Singh’s relationship with Holmes lost no momentum and the couple were ‘going strong’ through 2019.

Holmes and Robach have doubled down on their secret affair – and are allegedly committed to ‘growing their relationship.’

Sources told TMZ they have no plans to slow down their romance and Holmes could potentially be meeting the in-laws, as Robach’s parents are in town this weekend – a plan that reportedly pre-book prior to the relationship reveal.

The couple also deleted their social media due to public scrutiny. Holmes joked on-air that it’s been a ‘great week’ and that he wanted it to keep on ‘going and going and going.’

Robach, however, laughed it off, saying: ‘Speak for yourself, I am very excited for the weekend.’

The couple won’t face any consequences at work, as the network has ruled, they’re two adults in a consensual relationship.

It is not known when or how Holmes’s wife 44-year-old attorney, Marilee Fiebig, and Robach’s husband, former Melrose Place actor Shue, 55, learned of the romance, but both couples went their separate ways in August this year, according to sources.
