Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend ‘is taking him to COURT over an NDA she claims she was forced to sign’

Tiger Woods has split from his girlfriend Erica Herman as she is taking him to court over an NDA she claims she was forced to sign, according to a new report.

Woods, 47, and Herman, 38, started dating in 2017, but haven’t been seen together in public since the US Open tennis tournament in August of last year.

Now, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Herman is saying the NDA is being wrongfully enforced on her, citing the Speak Out Act.

The Act states that an NDA is not enforceable if agreed to before a dispute involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.

And Herman said in the documents that she’s being pressured to keep quiet and adhere to the NDA by a private trust run by Woods.

Herman alleges she was made to sign the NDA at the start of the couple’s relationship, in August 2017. 

TMZ said that Woods’ ex was ‘eager to share her experiences’ with the golf icon. It is unclear if Herman is making any accusations.

Dailymail.com has reached out to Woods’ agent for comment. 

Woods played just nine competitive rounds in 2022 after a significant single-car crash that left him with fractures to both the tibia and fibula, as well as ankle damage that nearly forced an amputation.

Nonetheless, he still won the PGA Tour’s ‘Player Impact Program’ last season, taking home $10million for his popularity.

The 15-time major winner birdied the last three holes to record an incredible two-under-par first round at the Genesis Invitational in February in what was his return to competitive action after seven months out injured.

Woods and Herman were together for six years after being first spotted at the Presidents Cup in New Jersey in October 2017.

She had worked as general manager at the restaurant – a pop-up at the Genesis Open at The Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles, California – owned by her boyfriend, and once they started dating the two became inseparable, with Erica regularly supporting him at golf tournaments.

Woods and Herman were together for six years after being first spotted in October 2017

Rumors first began swirling about them after Erica was seen wearing a ‘player spouse’ badge, usually given to wives and girlfriends.

The following month, Tiger and Erica went public about their relationship.

The couple reportedly lived together in Jupiter, Florida.

Woods shares his two children — 14-year-old daughter Sam and 13-year-old son Charlie — with ex-wife Elin Nordegren. 

The couple married in 2004, but divorced in 2010 following reports of his infidelities the previous year.
