Tiffiny Hall breaks down in tears as she reveals she is struggling to accept her post-baby body – after welcoming newborn daughter two weeks ago

Tiffiny Hall welcomed her second child, daughter Vada, with husband Ed Kavalee, just last month.Ā 

And the fitness guru is struggling to accept her new body, breaking down in a video shared to Instagram Stories on Friday.Ā Ā Ā 

‘It’s not easy.Ā I stand in front of my mirror, looking at my new body with my big bump, Vada’s house, and it’s really hard to accept that it’s going to take time’ the 37-year-old said as she swatted away tears.Ā

The star admitted she wasĀ feeling ‘super emotional’ and accepts that ‘healing takes time’.

‘It depends what birth you had too. I’ve got a few stitches and stuff going on and it’s all a bit painful. But she’s absolutely beautiful. She’s worth it’ she added.Ā

Appearing onĀ 2DayFM’s The Morning Crew with Hughesy Ed and Erin last week, Tiffany revealed that people are still asking when she’s due as she hasn’t lost the baby weight.Ā

The former Biggest Loser trainer admitted that she’s ‘absolutely felt the pressure’ to drop the kilos with her body having been ‘a billboard for so long’.

‘People are still asking me when I’m due and I’m like, “I’m not pregnant anymore, I’ve had the baby”,’ she said.

‘It’s not the easiest time being in a postpartum body. It’s not easy,’ Tiffiny confessed.Ā

Asked by host Erin Molan whether the pressure to lose weight is ‘an added element’ because of the work she does, Tiffiny provided a very honest response.

‘Absolutely I felt the pressure. My body has been a billboard for so long. [My brand is all about] fitness and health, so it’s hard.Ā 

‘It’s hard to have a different identity for a while, but I know that [it’s] nine months in, nine months out. It takes time and you’ve just got to be patient.’Ā 

Tiffiny announced Vada’s birth in an Instagram post last month, sharing a picture of her newborn daughter in hospital.Ā 

‘Arnold’s little sister has arrived. Welcome Vada Kavalee,’ the proud mum captioned the image, before adding, ‘30.5.2022’.
