Lisa Wilkinson and her husband are on the move. 

The Project star and Peter FitzSimons headed overseas on a flight from Sydney International Airport on Sunday. 

The 63-year-old TV personality dressed for comfort, donning a black zipped up jacket in a soft fabric.

She appeared to have a simple T-shirt underneath, and paired the items with cosy track pants. 

Lisa seemed ready for a long flight, going makeup free and pulling her hair off her face, as well as wearing sunglasses. 

The star carried a brown crossbody bag, as well as a laptop satchel containing a computer.

Peter, 61, was also dressed down for the trip, choosing a black T-shirt and three quarter length track pants. 

He completed his look with a black cap, and both he and Lisa wore face masks as they made their way through security. 

The A-list couple married in 1992, just nine months after they first met. 

They renewed their vows back in 2017 to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary, with the journalist describing their lasting union as ‘imperfect’.

It comes after Wilkinson kicked off the New Year with a swipe at her naysayers after her sudden exit from The Project in November.

The former Today show anchor spoke of leaving behind ‘the weight of other people’s opinions’ as she headed into 2023.

Her exit came after a tough year during which she was taken off air following her disastrous Logies speech which resulted in a rape trial being delayed.

Wilkinson, who hasn’t appeared on screens since her departure from The Project, is still collecting a ‘seven-figure salary’ from Channel 10 thanks to the ‘watertight’ deal she signed in 2021, reports The Australian.
