The Block’s Jenny and Dylan ‘battling’ to offload their home with a listing price of just $1.63million after it failed to sell at auction
The Block’s Jenny Heath and Dylan Adams are in a ‘battle’ to offload their home after it failed to sell at auction during the show’s finale.Â
The pair’s house is currently listed on the Domain website with an estimate of just $1.63million despite their $4.08million reserve.
However, agents believe that the actual selling price will fall between $4.08million and $4.4million.Â

The listing on the website reads: ‘Created and crafted without compromise, the expansive dimensions of this unrivalled family residence seamlessly combines an innovative sustainable design, luxurious finishes and entertainment grandeur.’
In a report on Sunday, news.com.au called the pair’s attempts to sell the home a ‘battle’ after they were left the last couple not to shift their home.Â
Flashy businessman Adrian Portelli splashed out $4.25million on Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra’s house.Â

Last week, Jenny and Dylan gave fans an update on their house after it was passed in at auction.Â
The couple reassured fans in an Instagram post that they were doing fine despite Sunday’s disappointing and unexpected result.Â
‘We just want to say, thank you all so much for the amazing support and love we have been receiving,’ they wrote.Â

‘We would love to reply to you all. Please know how grateful we are. The Block was a great opportunity for us, even though it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for.
‘Our beautiful Block home is still on the market. Fingers crossed it gets snapped up soon.’
The Block auctioneer Damien Cooley said on Monday that Dylan and Jenny can expect a sale somewhere in the range of $4.3million to $4.8million.
‘They will go into negotiations now, and I’m assuming, most likely, will have an asking price of a number that’s well above the publicised reserve,’ he told Fitzy and Wippa.
